Very bad place to go shady manager very racist every time I go I regret last night I go to hi limit got coffe they employ just because I have different Reese told managers manager comes and telling me I will kick u out if you get coffee from hi limit funny I give so much money to them they can’t afford coffee !!! I am not they only one have bad experience many other people with different nationality have problems employee or manager harassing them for no reason or many time pointing at people who are originally from different countries and they start laughing about it like they never see other people

New machines are always nice to see! Gotta love old games too! I like the variety of gaming choices.

Good place to go when you got nothing to do and an abundance of money.

Very nice casino. First time there an had fun with my friends. As we were there visiting another friend of ours in Franklin. Mn. For the weekend.

Really gone down hill in last 10 yrs.. Rooms were shabby.. Casino was deserted.. The Caribou coffee in lobby was exceptional.
Desk clerks were hard to find.. And not very knowledgeable.

I love the atmosphere as well the cleaningness to this place the staff is good and security is well on watching on your surroundings.

Staff was friendly. The food was delicious. No complaints.

The buffet is a disgrace to all buffets the silverware was dirty and the food line up was a joke very dissatisfied

Food at the sports bar was good. Dealers at the tables are miserable. Very slow, talk too much.

What a ripoff but the food in the hotel is good the food in the casino is discussing

One of my favorite places to stay when I'm traveling for work. Try the Indian taco in the restaurant.

Room was clean, loved the bars in the tub/shower made me feel more comfy getting n and out of the tub. Beds were absolutely wonderful. TV was to small for the room size. Hallway was noisy, doors slamming all night. Could see the light from the hallway under the door -approx. 2 inches. Front desk staff very helpful and kind. Caribou coffee staff rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Buffet staff were great, helpful and attentive. Food was ok at best, not worth $17.

Very amazing place to stay and visit. Lots of culture. Very well updated! Trail are awesome for hiking or biking!

I had a wonderful birthday experience with my Mother. We both practiced social distancing, wore masks, had plenty of hand sanitizer on hand and supplied by casino. Slots were cleaned before and after use as required and felt very safe. We both have not been away in such a long time. Staff was remarkable and friendly!

Never been to the casino I am looking forward to staying overnight there soon

The Casino Hotel is easy to get to. The hotel is bright and clean. The hotel staff have been pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The golf course is top class. This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend it.

Small, boring interior and exterior. Poor buffet. Went on the 4th of July. No fun events, entertainment, or fireworks. Did not visit the hotel. Nice staff/bartender.

Jackpot casino is a great place to enjoy new years. Staff is great, and they have a great atmosphere.

Went to see the Jackyl concert it was great. The hotel was nice as well. The sauna needs a little repair on one of the tables benches, but all in all very nice and relaxing stay!!!

Dish Network channel 28 in the hotel has been frozen on the same image for over a month. They also have a new menu in the Dacotah Restaurant. The new Sirloin Steak is EXCELLENT. It's comparable to what was served in the Impressions Restaurant years ago. It would be nice if they brought back some of original menu items - like Crab Legs. The original menu was a little over the top - like the Sword Fish. Nobody ever really ordered that. (I'm a former employee.)

Your 2Go kiosk has got to be the worst run food outlet I have ever experienced. Take some pride and hold your staff accountable for once. What an embarrassment.

It was a 2 star hotel because from my point of view it isn't as luxurious as I thought it would be

Security was being very rude especially the head of security. I felt very uncomfortable and approached because they were following me around the casino because they thought my gf wasn t older then 18 yrs. And they also followed me literally to my room just to see our ID s which was very unecessary to follow us up to our room. And he also told me I was traspassing when I paid to soend the night there. And then I asked the floor manager to ask the security to apologize to me and my family and the security denied so we filed a whole complain. Very rude and honestly I felt like of they were being racist.

Rooms were clean. They gave us a close lower level room at our request which I appreciated. Wish they had a fridge and microwave in room. Need to pay extra for one. Over all was a good experience.

I worked a corporate party as a photo booth operator. The service that was supplied by the Junction's regular workers was rather commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed the event coordinator's help.

We had a great overnight stay at jackpot! The rooms clean and comfortable. The shower heads are not low flow, my shower in the AM was amazing. The staff was friendly. My wife and I spent a little time in the casino, we didn t feel the slots were overly tight. She hit $300 on a penny slot bouns round. However the cigarette smoke everywhere was unpleasant. Overall great time we will be back.

Very nice place to stay. I didn't gamble but I stayed in the motel an it was very comfy. The bed was SOOO comfortable and nice an quiet on the 5th floor.

Great weekend getaway. Hotel rooms could use some refurbishing.

Stayed in the camping portion of Jackpot Junction with a bunch of friends. A shuttle provided transportation to and from the nearby Dakota Ridge golf course. The course was beautiful and they had good food with a friendly staff.

I make the reservation in this hotel en ,told the people, I whant the rooms not two far from the swimming pool, then give tome far far far away from there, the the room is ok but the restroom is duty, nasty,,,not god,,for me,,

I had a fantastic evening. I won 2 majors on Dragon Link. I also hit a $2500 fire orb on Dragon Link. I hit a $600 maxi on Mighty Cash. I had 123 spins on one of the panda games which resulted in about $600 in winnings. So much winning. My wallet was packed full on my way out. Woohoo!

Good location. Beds and pillows are super uncomfortable. Had people trying to get in our room at midnight and our phone was ringing at 3am and there was loud ppl in the hallway throughout the night. Casino needs more air movement. Smoked a pack second hand, Not kidding. Glad we only stayed one night.

All of my family, including extended, love making a stop at jackpot junction. Between us all, we've been there a thousand times. The rooms could use a little more oompf or spunk. Just for a side note, make sure housekeepers are looking around under the beds. I accidentally knocked over a pop this weekend and realized it wasn't even mine! Besides that, overall this is a GREAT hotel. Definitely recommend this to others.

What a great place. The room,the staff, the casino and the food. Was out of this world. We will stay there again before staying at mystic lake casino. We'll be there in November. So see you then.

When we first started going to jackpot, we won enough to have the desire to go back . But the last 3 visits, the machines weren't paying out even to keep us playing the same machine for more than 15 minutes...Bingo was also more fun last year. Tonight it was played too fast with lots of commotion/ confusion. Not sure if we'll be going back there again!

Hotel room tub was clogged and when called the front desk. They were sending up maintenance. Maintenance said they could fix it.

Our overnight stay was good, we stayed 1 night. We were on the 5th floor, would of been nicer to have been on the lower floors where the rest of our party was. Our room was ok, was small and not very appealing, it worked for us for the 1 night. It would of been nice if they had better decor, more ammeneties. We did'nt need room service so we can't comment on that, the front desk people were nice, we would maybe stay again.
