Over all we had a great experience as we always do, we had a small mix up when registering for our rooms, we had asked for two adjoining rooms as to keep an eye on our children but we was given rooms side by side, the only difference is the door inside the rooms, more cinvience then anything for us but the people at the front desk were eager to make things right for us, which they did very quickly and even gave us $20 dollars of free play in the casinowhich we I regret to say didn't have a chance to take advantage of, but our children enjoyed the pool and me and my wife enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, we ordered room service rather then enjoying the buffet this time and the price didn't seen over priced for the amount of food we received, it arrived very quickly and hot, we had to leave early in the morning due to a family emergency but we cant wait to go back, I would highly recommend Jackpot casino to anyone who us looking for a great time and not overly priced.

Excellent little casino. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food prices were very affordable. We didn't stay there but the room prices were also very reasonable.

Lobster is a little dry but can't really complain for that price.

My room was a non-smoking double. It was clean and well maintained. The Native American decor is attractive. Love the light fixtures on the hallway walls! The only negative at the hotel was that the pillows were too hard for me. The casino allows smoking inside the building. This is not a plus for me, since the smoke stings my eyes, but many other casino customers seemed to enjoy smoking while they gambled. Jackpot Junction Casino/Hotel is located in the scenic Minnesota River Valley. History buffs might enjoy touring the Lower Sioux Agency Interpretive Center and the many roadside memorials. Golfers will enjoy the Dakota Ridge golf course. Another nearby attraction is Ramsey Falls located in the Alexander Ramsey Municipal park in Redwood Falls.

Disgusting Hotel and Casino. The smell of smoke is unbearable even to someone who is used to it. Literally can't spend 10 minutes in the casino without thinking you might get cancer. The food is terrible. Like. 1982 Ponderosa. It's definitely a low star hotel and is the only place to stay within a 100 mile radius. Won't ever stay there again

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Machines at casino need fixed.... Lots of broken buttons and multiple machines would not even let you put money in.

Saw the band Starlettes Web last night. The band was loud the singers were good but a little bit too trashy. The men may have liked how the one female singer dressed because that's all they could talk about but I don't think it was very professional it felt more like a burlesque.

It was ok when you wanted a drink and gambling the drinks dont come around very often.

Service was not good or friendly.
Did have fun with playing and being with my wife

Love Jackpot. Had some luck. Good food & even a few perks. Came on a casino bus trip so rooms were discounted & got slot play too. Thanks Jackpot.

I attended a class reunion and the space worked well and the catered food was good. The only problem was the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere, it wasn't as bad up in the ballroom but it was still very present.

I love coming to Jackpot Junction. One of the best places to stay in this part of the state. The cost of the rooms are very reasonable, especially if you sign up for their free rewards club and stay on a sun-thurs. There is a buffet restaurant and a regular restaurant. There is free soda and coffee on the casino floor. They do allow smoking but the ventilation is pretty good and I didn't notice the smell very often. The staff ar friendly and the rooms are clean. So why 4 stars? Mainly because the level of customer service from the front desk, we had to wait in line a long time, not any fault of the one guy working there, but he could have had some help. Also the pool floor really needs to be redone. The tiles are all uneven and it doesn't drain water so it pools, also looks to be molding. Lastly they got rid of their kids center.

I have been trying to call the hotel for 3 hours. The 800 number is constantly busy and the local number rings then stops and then starts ringing again and then they hang up. I will never go there again. If my family needed to get hold of me in my room for an emergency it will never happen. Very poor service.

There was a good variety of games, but I did not see anything new from the last time I was there in May.

Gambling has gotten worse since the remodel. The smoke is terrible

I enjoy an overnight at jackpot junction about once a month. I enjoy the comfortable rooms, the games and the amenities. I've never had a problem with reservations.

No refrigerator in the room, room was not as clean as I would have done it. Noisy hallway all the time. We stay here 3-4 times a year, won't next time!

Played the tables and every dealer was enjoyable especially, Christine, she was funny and you could tell she enjoyed her job and made us want to play more!

I would only add that they sold meals until more night

Games were enjoyable and lots of pokemon for kids to catch.

Great place. Super fun. Staff was friendly, they didn't even bother me about my service dog besides the law approved questions. Area was clean and well taken care of.

Me and my kids go to relax swim and good food. I sneak away and have a little grown up time. I also love the concerts there. Jackpot in my book.

People are great. My name was drawn, unbelievable. RV parking very reasonable. Hope they comp drinks soon like other casinos. Needs better showers. Open the gift shop earlier in the day.

We were traveling through and went there for dinner and gambling the buffet was great for the price the machines weren't paying very well so we didn't win very much but we still had fun and a great dinner

Very nice casino and hotel. We are very pleased with everything. The food is good at the bar and grill. Would recommend staying and playing here.

Great games. Nice shows. Love the food and staff. Smoking. Nicely priced drinks. Great place to have kid and adult play. Rooms are nice. Id suggest trying the teriyaki wings. Play enough here you get great rewards. Plenty of ways to win.

got a king suite with a jacuzzi and the shower certain along with the jacuzzi was dirty. Also ordered room service but it was never delivered we had to get it.

Not bad for a casino, Buffett was kinda expensive for such a small selection.

Ventilation was subpar, we could smell cigarette smoke in the room. However, staff was friendly.

Not at all impressed. We went primarily for golf and the Decotah Ridge Golf Course is very nice. Great layout, excellent fairways and greens. Too bad they don't have a decent place to stay. Our room at Jackpot was dark and small in every respect. The halls smelled musty. Not even a chair to sit in to read or relax. Lighting was terrible, lamps with very low voltage and too low to read anyway. The WIFI is a joke, if WIFI was as weak everywhere we would go back to snailmail. If you need to gamble I suppose it gets by, but for staying as a non-gambler next time I would look for something like a Comfort Inn as an upgrade.
