Our hotel room was clean and recently updated. The gals @ check in where friendly and accommodating. This place has a huge hot tub and relatively large pool with a depth between 3-5 feet. Don't forget about adult swim 10pm-midnight!!

Onto the casino. The casino's air quality was on point and overall was relatively clean. I liked that the air vents were on the floor. The payout here is yet to be desired. Be sure to bring lots of $$$$. You will need it!

Might be back. There are other casinos in the vicinity to visit.

Have some nice wins but machines kind of stingy. Lost a lot of money to this casino.

Hotel was good. Wish the machines would pay out a little more.

Well, I know I used to win occasionally. Not anymore. Guess there's no regulation on casino payout percentages.

Spent Fri-Sun in an RV at the campgrounds. Nice and large concrete spots. Bathrooms and showers are in a small trailer. Join the casino club membership for a $10 discount.

Nice casino First time visitor. The buffet was good. There was a nice variety of slots. I would most likely visit again.

The hotel was a very nice surprise. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful, check in was quick and the rooms were very clean. The casino was nice and the buffet was a little better then some other casinos that i frequent. Over all great stay and i would gladly stay again.

Hadn't been there for years. Really like the new look. Very clean and modern. I like the slot selections and would give 5 stars however I've never won here. Will update review when or if I ever do lol...

Always sold out which means they need more rooms more space. Waiting list is long. Hey build more rooms!!

A fun place to play. Scenic drive from the Cities, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

They have plenty of machines to gamble at and have taken great care to make everything clean and safe for Covid. They even take your temp at the door, or I should say a machine does. Definitely will be back.

The venue itself is a 5. The drinks are definitely poured long but since the remodel the gaming is lacking. There are times you can spend entire gaming budget on one game is a short period of time and we are the 2nd to top tier in rewards cards so the amount spending is not $20.00.

Disappointed that there are no summer concerts. Waste of a good amphitheater!

I actually win. They have the kind of slots I prefer to play as well as ones i have not played yet but want to. Food venues are above par. They have a lovely golf course words can not explain how beautiful it is. Down sides, small pool and the service wasn't that great. But nice establishment. I'm a return customer.

I've been to jackpot many times and have stayed overnight a few times. Ive always had a good experience. Nice employees. Rooms were clean. They were very busy this particular night but it didn't have any effect on there service. Great place to have a social event!

They did not care about social distancing...all machines were operational and people were playing slots right next to each other. They had signs up to push the service button and an employee would be right there to sanitize the machine.....ya, right. Half hour later maybe if you're lucky!! We ate in the dining room and everything was cold and only 4 tables occupied. Won't be back and would not recommend.

We had a good time there but as strict as they were on masks, we were surprised that housekeeping staff had none on. Ever. Speaking of housekeeping, before entering the shower, we moved the shower mat and there were many little black hairs under it. Gross.

The quality of food could be improved so much. When I eat there the food is like they are cooking for the 3 am crowd that have been drinking all night and don't care if their food is soggy or burnt.
Will drive to town to eat from now on.

Stayed here with the kids. Zero depth entry pool for the kids was great. Separate pool for older kids. Hot tub and sauna. Could only use one entrance to get into hotel so had to walk a long ways from vehicle. This really upset me. No fridge or microwave in room. I only gambled $2 at casino. Buffet and other eating options way over priced for a family. But we were there for the pool which was great.

The room was ok, although they shut off our keycards before checkout. Buffet was ok at best. Dacotah for breakfast was disappointing with very poor service. Player's club was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was kind of noisy than night that I was there was a Friday night and the band was just playing way too loud for my liking other than that as Casino goes it was pretty good

I will never stay here again. The motel is so full of cigarette smoke. On the 3rd floor for hotel stay and still strong odor cigarettes. Watch your bank account, they charge me twice for the stay.

I always have fun but never win. We go once a year. Hopefully the slots will loosen up some.

Their rooms are outdated and their beds needs to be updated. Good buffet with good friendly staff.

Stayed here for work, not much of a gambler so can't comment on that. I will say that even though I get a non-smoking room, it still smells like smoke.

Very clean Casino, there are a lot of machines to choose from and payouts are usually pretty good! Had a blast will for sure be going back soon!

Have fun whether I win or lose because I never take more than I can afford to lose. At all restaurants the food was pretty good. Pool, gambling, food....you can't lose.

Machines are very tight, Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Dinner at the Golf course was very good.

Great entertainment. Good food in the Full Deck. They have a place for kids to play while the adults are having fun on the casino floor an I would recommend the play area for people who have kids. Need to call an ask for hours.

Great place for family gatherings with suites that have ample seating. Also counter and tables to put pot luck food. The is things for all ages to enjoy.

A place for concerts indoor and outdoor. A place to gamble with a large variety of slots, cards, and bingo. A lunch buffet and a restaurant accommodate good service from the bar and cocktail waitresses. The hotel is nice

Favorite place to spend time and have fun for more than a few minutes

Recently we drove three hours to stay at Jack Pot and enjoy the casino. We had seven people in our group and arrived about 12:30pm. We had reservations ahead of time and tried to check-in but were told they would charge each of us an extra $15.00 to Check-in Before 1:00pm. So what do we do? There wasn t any place to store our luggage for 30 minutes, the normal storage room was closed. So our only choice was to take the luggage back out to the vehicle or pay for one room with the extra 15.00 charge to store all the luggage( we are in our 60d & 70s) until everyone could check-in. We paid the extra $15.00 but I feel this was unfair. I talked to a supervisor about it but, although he said he would check into it, he never contacted us. I still feel the extra charge was ridiculous and want others to know about their policy.

Eh... they close at 1am during the week and 3am on weekends. Not too fond of that. Otherwise it's an alright place.

It's is in a great location just ouside of Redwood Falls. Staff is amazing. Not a si gke complain everytime I've been therem
