Just had their new buffet, not very good and not many choices, no beef or seafood like they use to have and only 2 dessert choices. Will not be going there again and definitely dont recommend it.

Whole hotel smells like smoke. Pool was poorly lite and smells like pee. Rooms were clean but the drink were expensive and contained next to no aclohol.

Very clean and bif I just always lose my money when I go there but I think that is like all casinos unfortunately haha

Only reason for 4 stars is because the rooms need to be updated as it's the 21st century

Greed on jackpot Junctions side of the coin.
I feel as if they have their slot machines set at drain your wallet as fast as they can mode.
I was there for less than 30 minutes spent $250 on slot play
No bonuses and very little playbacks.
I would think twice before taking your entertainment dollars to Jackpot junction.
Look at other options make your entertainment dollars go farther

Well, for $17.00, the buffet is not worth it. We got here right at 4pm when it opened...
They have lobster tail, it's cold, and melted butter, it's cold too. They also had cottage cheese, its warm. They really changed the buffet since the last time I was here, and not for the better. They dont have much to choose from, and hot food is not hot and cold food is not cold. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It was a way nicer hotel than I was expecting with good food! Wasn't the best ever, but I was pleasantly surprised!

We go to season buffet... Some times it's great some times you see your server once and never again

Review for season buffet only. Friendly and fresh food. You know what you are getting. Buffet is sometimes as cheap as $6. Always something good here.

Although it took a while to check in, I had a great experience here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a quiet nights rest. I was especially surprised by the laid back and helpful black jack dealers. My cousins hadn't played black jack at a casino before and the dealers are super helpful in teaching them the black jack ways. Wasn't intimidating at all. Definately recommend this place.

The food was bad . Then had to wait 1hr for food!!!!!!!!

We usually have good time here, but this last time we waited a long time to check in and I have a newborn and a 6 year old! Other people got their rooms but somehow we couldn't get ours?? We waited in the lobby from 9am to 4pm. The to top it off.. on check out day somehow our room got put on the "checked out" list and 2 times our room got opened to be cleaned while we were still in there. Second time it was a man and he walked in on me while I was changing! The front desk lady was rude the whole time we were talking to her about the situation. It'll be a long while before we go back... if we do.

It is a relaxing gambling casino and that is all I really need

We had a poor experience with wait staff when we were under the impression that they would announce last call. They were very short with me when I was trying to get my free birthday drink.

Clean, friendly, lots of parking, restaurants, gift shop. I was pleased with the surroundings and the service from all areas of the Casino! One thing missing is late night eating facilities! Nothing open! Vending machines and that's it.

Stiff beds, place smells like smoke. Otherwise it's alright.

Every staff member we encountered we're friendly and engaging. It was a pleasure to interact with employees who all seemed to be geniunly good poeple at thier core. Made the day there more enjoyable win, lose or draw.
We ate at the buffet. Food was plentiful, hot or cold as per dish and tasty.

It is your typical Casino. Environment is clean, still smokey lets not forget it is a casino. The workers have always been great to me. The reasoning behind the 3 stars and not any higher is in my opinion I feel for a casino. When they do events like pool and darts they keep it way to bright inside (personal opinion). Dim the lights a bit and set the mood! you will make better sales if the atmosphere is set. Also I would think a casino not only focuses on gambling and events but family as well. It would do so well with a indoor water park and better pool and hot tub.

I only was at the casino. I did not stay in the hotel. I was very impressed with how Jackpot has changed in the years since I was last there. Wonderful job!!

Its a small casino. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. Like the others, takes your money. Machines seem very tights.

Minnesota's first casino is a great place to visit!

Not a good place to have a little lunch on a weekday unless you're willing to wait 45 minutes for your food.

It's a good casino with many games and free beverages.

It was a great buffet and I had a great time spending money at the casino.

We stay here every year for the 7 state dart tournament and we've always enjoyed the hotel and casino floor. My only recommendation would be to have more cocktail waitresses on the floor.

The all you can eat lobster dinner was amazing. The lobsters were already prepared to be eaten and didn't take much effort to open. If you only had 30 minutes to eat due to the drive, you would have enough time during this special lobster night. There were no lines and the lobster is readily available. Great experience and would go again next time they have this lobster deal.

Good little casino. Staff is friendly and helpful. A mix of older and new machines and a couple card tables. Didn't have the slot machines I prefer to play.

If you are looking for a good time out with the girlfriends then lady's night at Jackpot is the way to go. Once a month you get to have a girl's night out with fun and games. The staff is very attentive, the sign up is easy and quick and you get a souvenir out if it as well as a freed drink. The food here is great and the the prices are great. Lots of games to choose from and lots to look at. If lady's night is not for you, then Jackpot is still a fun time. Once a month gentlemen's night is avaliable too and there is usually a nice assortment of activities lined up each month.

Nice looking place. The suite we worked in was very nice.

Rooms are only ok. No fridge or microwave which is pretty standard these days. When we asked for a fridge, they wanted to charge us extra. Our son has medical needs. It took convincing to have them give us one for free. The covers had cigarette burn holes in them. Paint was peeling off the wall from where a chair was rubbing on the wall. Pool area was nice. Splash pool for the kids with a small slide and a tipping splash bucket. Very large hot tub for the adults.

We had a good time, however are room was not very well cleaned there were dead bugs on the floor old toenail clippings all over, there was a hole in the wall. The shower head made a lot of noise, also they say that the room would have two queen beds but they were full beds not queen rather small for more than one person. All in all the casino was great however I would think about getting a room els were next time.
