Great hotel rates, clean rooms, staff friendly and welcoming

Rooms were clean staff was very nice. Casino looks great after the remodel.

Not a place for me takes all your money but food is awesome here.

Don't expect anything special, somewhere between a Motel 6 and Super 8 maybe, and you won't be disappointed. Front desk during check in was anything but helpful, warm or welcoming. Interestingly rude, as if we were inconveniencing him by checking in. Non-smoking rooms smelled like a smoker convention had just rolled through, but suffered through it because I was sure the front desk wouldn't be very helpful. Good place to crash if you're getting comp'd but nowhere near worthy of what they're charging a night. Generally a weird experience and won't be staying again

Other than going out to the restaurant I really don't enjoy Jackpot Junction anymore since the expansion in 2014.. The place has really gone downhill..

Casino and restaurants were very nice. Room was threadbare out dated but ok for the price.

Beautiful decorating in the lobby area. Nice set, although one of the smaller casinos. Not wonderful ventilation, as the smoke was very thick. Great beverage options and very kind service. Will definitely be back.

Buffet is always worth going to. Good food, good service.

Food is good but the machines are more tight than before. Maybe I don't put enough in.

It's ok, not worth the drive if going for seafood buffet, prairies edge is much better and worth it

I will definitely come here again! They give you $10 free for your first time! The drinks are free, the staff is very nice and helpful, the games are easy to play. I recommend black jack, and at the end of the day I came out positive! It was a great experience and I hope you have one like I do! Also they gave me a free deck of cards. I loved that.

Room temp was great for sleep. Loved sauna hot tub and swimming after conference.

Was there for Kansas concert which was excellent, room was clean, food and hospitality were very good

We were there for a concert. The buffet was closed " due to weather" we drove over an hour home and back. The rest of the eating areas were very busy we had trouble finding a place to sit. Waited for an hour in the bar and grill and no one ever did help us.

Nice casino love the new look had some luck there too

Worst time ever! Put a ticket into a machine and hit the spin button. All of a sudden it says call attendant. 45 minutes later I got money ticket back minus the money on a spin that never completed. We then go and eat at the buffet. How someone hasn't gotten sick is a miracle. Everything was old. The meatloaf tasted sour as if the burger was bad but someone decided to use it anyway. Horrible!

Machines were very tight and no extra supplies in rooms, had to ask for toilet paper and employees dont seem happy with there jobs.

I love the golf course, it's my favorite in the state.

Had a great time played golf and then spent the night gaming and had a good supper and a few drinks

Very simple, there is no atmosphere like in other casinos, even if it is smaller than others,

Very pleasing experience. The card didn't work at one time but it was immediately rectified when I informed the desk. Won some few quids at the casino too

Spent 1 night in $200 Room. Didn't Gamble that night. The oversized Bedroom and Hot Tub Style Bath kept us occupied

Fun but quick didn't really gamble was more like giving it away

Normally lose a few $100 dollars on blackjack but it's always fun and exciting

Exciting! Great food, customer service was excellent. I felt welcome and tooken care of. And I WON!

Customer Service completely lacking. We were in the RV area. Arrived late, was told not an hour before arriving what our site was only to find when we arrived another camper in that spot. Somehow the same lady who gave us our site number had let them into it earlier. Offered her the players card which we had stopped and gotten to receive the discount in the RV park, she said she didn't need and would look it up. Nope, she couldn't find it and we couldn't find her desk inside the casino (not out in the park) so she said to come the next day and we would take care of it. We went the following day, she then informs us that it had to be completed the night before and she can not run a credit. Spoke with a manager who seemed completely uninterested in the situation and would not even offer any type of compensation. We have been to other casinos with RV parks, never this lack of concern for the customer. Nice RV park but completely terrible management!

AC stopped working twice during the night, even after maintenance came to fix it. Otherwise it was a fun and pleasant experience.

Can't eat, drink, smoke without security guards telling you to have your masks on. We were there and approached telling us so. While looking around several other people had masks off. Will never return back. We felt singled out from others. FU Jackpot!

Horrible customer service, horrible smoke problem, will never come back or recommend.

Fun place to stay and blow all your hard earned money! LOL! Clean rooms and did I mention all the women? Jk.

Nice and clean rooms.. no continental breakfast or fridge or microwaves in rooms so that was a drawback. Really great pool area with separate kids pool area. I would stay there again.

Lots of the machines thank you didn't have functioning sound. No newer games. Trustee average Casino.

The manager thought his employee was more important than the poor service they provided. I called prior to coming to the casino to make sure I could get money from my bank checking account. They said to bring a blank check to sign up. The employee ran my check but failed to sign me up for the program so I sat for 2 days in my hotel room with no money and it was all my fault for not bringing more checks with me per the manager. So sad that a nieve young manager could be so thoughtless and blame me for something that was not my fault.

Sports bar is awful. Terrible service, sat for 25 minutes without even being asked for drinks. After getting up to ask for service the waitress brought over menus and took drink orders. Another ten minutes of watching the waitress talk to the bartender and not recieveing our drinks, we got up and left. This is also the second time we have had aweful service there. Not advised unless you have plenty of time to waste. The rest of the place is just like every other hotel/casino.

Staff was decent. The gal at the players club had a good sense of humor and got me laughing which is always a plus. Too far of a drive for me to do when the casino never pays out in the first place b

Nice rooms, lots of different machines and card games.

I get wearing a mask, but how am I suppose to eat or drink. They told me to lift up your mask to take a bite! That kind of defeats the purpose wearing a mask

Good environment, a few dealers less than congenial, some very good. Some buffet items great, some should never have been set out. Nice rooms.

Staff in restaurant was very friendly. Food was done well, in a very reasonable time.

Our room was not to clean. Hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. Rooms need updates. But I like this casino so will stay another time.

Looking forward to the new restaurant area. Will be great when you are finished with your remodeling project!
