I like j&p but this years customer open house was tiny in comparison to other years really was nothing there. No companies their to talk to or learn about their products. Used to be huge. But I still love j&p.

Took the parts out there to make sure the right ones were ordered. And he reassured me they're and they weren't. Now he saying I got to wait 2 more weeks! BS.. All I want to do was ride my bike this weekend. Thanks for wasting my time, 3 trips there and I live a hour and half away.

Very disappointed with service. Called to make sure items were in stock before making 60 mile one way ride to purchase. No one answers the sales line, it goes to voicemail, says leave a message. Left a message, never got a call back.

Horrible customer service with the lack of knowledgeable staff members. I placed an online order the morning of 05/15/20 and by 8:00 pm the same day I noticed I never received a confirmation email of this order. I called my credit card company in which confirmed this order transaction. I spoke with several representatives from J&P on several different calls and each person told me that there was no record of my order. After explaining this to maybe the third person I was transferred to another manager individual name Amy. Amy informed me that my order was rejected on their end and that they only accepts PayPal for security reasons. I asked her does it states this on the websites she responded very nasty with "I'm telling you now". She was very nasty about it I even apologized if I may have gotten her upset I was just really interested in purchasing the product. This process could have been handled much better and on my first phone call if J&P representatives were more knowledgeable of the proper protocol.

First time doing business with these people...and my last.
They overcharged my Paypal account, and their excuse was that "yeah, there's currently a glitch in the system..." They had no empathy and didn't even apologize. When I asked when I would be refunded, there was a long pause of heavy breathing and I was hung up on. Interestingly enough...they have disabled their review/rating system on Facebook.

J&P is very helpful and has ANYTHING for ANY BIKE....

J&P is very helpful and has ANYTHING for ANY BIKE. I dont know what that nameless "Google User" is talking about because J&P has everything. Good service, very nice staff and people, extremely helpful. I live close so I'm lucky that I can just ride up and test fit stuff before I purchase it. Not many places now a day take care of their customers like that.

If I could mark it zero stars I would. I just placed an order online for a tire then called 20 min after placing the order to cancel the order and get the correct tire and they told me it was to late and I was stuck with the tire. I was purchased all of my Harley parts from then and just stopped in the Orlando location last week while on vacation to purchase parts. They wont even correct and order for me that hasn't even been shipped or processed yet. I will never do business with this company again!

BEWARE!!! Ordered a helmet form them, received a helmet it looked like the box had been rolling around the back of a pickup for a week the box was damaged covered in dust and full of dead bugs. It is obvious that this was not a new helmet, I can't believe that they have employees stupid enough to ship something like this. Its my last time purchasing from them.

Worst Motorcycle Accessory Company, Period. Ordered a new pair of men's boots. What arrived was one Men's Boot and one Women's boot, neither of which were the right style or size. The response? "We don't look in the boxes" Well, it's an unsealed box, you damned well better! Lost my business forever after the 2 month faff to get my money back. WORST COMPANY FOR MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES, PERIOD.

Not sure who's brilliant idea it was to stop selling metric parts at the store, but they are some kind of special. If I want to shop the internet, there are way more website's than JP cycle. It used to be a destination a few times a year. It's not the same place it used to be( a couple of the same helpful guys that are full of knowledge, you know who you are!) but the rest of it is bull. The place was started with a friendly smile and a catalog, and thank you for that John. This isn't how it would be when you were still here. Now it's corporate America. That's my opinion and you are welcome to yours, but I've been a customer for 20 years now. Keep shopping around my friends.

We were expecting to see a vast variety of parts and gear. It's a smaller store front and there wasn't a lot to look at. Would be nice to see more product in person, but the amount of product offered online and in the catalog makes up for it.

I guess, just like a couple of re-viewers, customer service is severely lacking!!
This is my second order with J&P, however this time had to contact customer service.
Slow to answer emails. Using the "chat" interface, the service rep, apparently sits in Mumbai somewhere, very curt, takes from 5 to 10 minutes to answer a simple question and then has all the wrong information and dispenses more wrong info freely!
First, the order did not ship as advised, so after 10 days contacted them via email, no reply for three days! So contacted via chat. was advised, that my credit card did not go through? So when I asked, why I was not notified of this problem, was told "just ordered on Friday" (2 days prior). Told them, no, ordered it over 10 days ago! No reply to that, no apologies!
Strangely enough, my credit card account stated, that J&P cycle had that order amount "on hold"!
So, contacted them (5 minutes later) and text-ed with the same individual and stated to cancel the order.
Again that 5 to 10 minute pause between answers, stated she would cancel the order.
So, today, 24 hours later, received a "Order has shipped" notification and my credit card has been charged!
This is it for me, no more dealings with J&P!! Buyer Beware!
Apparently once the company grew, customer service was left behind.
Life is too short to deal with such a frustrating service!!
Stay away!
