These guys have been fantastic to deal with and really went above and beyond in helping my mother with her mobility scooter. The staff really knew what they were doing and helped to recommend some better care than what was being done already. Would recommend highly!

We've visited the workshop number of times with my brother and was amazed by the number of items in stock, the responsiveness of the front desk staff and knowledge base of their technicians. Always keen to help us out with our requests. Plenty of good parking there as well.

After seeing their advert for repairing punctures on electric scooters at your home , I contacted them when they arrived they informed me that they would have to take my bike to their workshop because they would have to source a new tyre. Several days later I got the bike back, when it arrived I was at work but when I got home and saw it it was still flat. I rang the next morning to be told how hard it was to work on and they would not work on this model again cost me $270.00 after I complained the $350.00 they were going to charge was too much. To finish a long story my friend fixed it for me because they couldn't fix it for a few days because they were busy. If no star's was possible they would get that
