I have a toothache! First appointment was canceled because someone called in. Now the phone hangs up each time I called, 4 times.

I already choose this clinic because I dont have a job. I have to pay a small fee to be seen... that's fine, but i had to cancel an appointment because I didn't have funds, so I call a couple hours before scheduled appointment to be told because I canceled on the day of the appointment I have to pay 25$
I mean really I come here because they are supposed to work with you financially ... when calling to cancel the appointment whomever answered the phone was very rude w/ attitude.

New experience,new building,some new staff and the easiest tooth extraction I have ever had.Today was a good day.

I am a former employee and I am a current patient and so is my family. The practitioners are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The variety of services you receive here for the cost are incomparable to any private practice. Insured, underinsured or uninsured, I recommend JC Lewis Primary Healthcare to everyone who is looking for primary care services. You have good and bad reviews no matter where you go. Book an appointment and see for yourself. I promise, you won't regret it.

The new facility is next to the library behind the Oglethorpe mall. I had to call the pediatric office to get that information because there lines are still down.

I saw Dr Feldstein for a while serveral years ago. I thought he was great. He helped me thru a very traumatic event in my life. He prescribed me a large dose of Xanax. One day, out of nowhere, he pulled my prescription. Unknowingly to me, it causes seizures and can kill you with the onset of withdrawal. I ended up flipping out and seizing in my home and had no idea what was going on. It almost killed me. I found all of this to be extremely negligent and unprofessional. I was given no taper which is considered normal protocol. Not being warned about these side effects, it is amazing that I am still alive!

The staff is very professional,and very caring..prices are great. Can't say enough good things

Very professional staff. They take insurance and if you do not have insurance, you pay based on your income. Be prepared to provide proof of income. The average wait time is like any other doctor's office
They offer a variety of services, dental, eye exams, pap smears, mental health therapy etc. They offer late hours during the week and they open on Saturdays. The office is nice and clean also. The staff is friendly, if they don't seem overfriendly somedays, it's because they are overwhelm, but they are still professional.

Talk about incompetent. You can call for a week at all different times & can't even reach someone to make an appointment, especially dental. The front desk staff are completely unprofessional & have terrible attitudes. I can't see how they're still there, especially Stephanie. They don't listen. They say the same thing over & over without even trying to understand. They won't help you understand your insurance coverage. I don't care what time your appt is scheduled for when the recording calls there's always a 15min or more later time. Then once you get there you have a good wait. The eye doctor is unfriendly and their office doesn't know what they're doing either. Took months & never got my glasses. The receptionist with the short haircut & glasses in dental tries to help as much as she can, and Mrs. Lisa the hygienist is very nice and good at her job. Medicine pick-up is only for certain patients and only certain days & hours. Parking is terrible. If you're a walking patient you don't have this problem. And the neighborhood isn't good or safe for parking somewhere on further and walking to the clinic. The clinic itself does help those with limited income, and this is apparent. The building is old. The machinery is old. The staff is tired. The customer service is worse than fast food.
