After waiting for 1 and half hour on a weekday schedule interview and a 1 long hour interview the hr came up saying profile don t match.

What kind of professionalism is this. Why don t they check profile properly before calling people for interview that too on a weekday where I had to take a day off from my office. Even if they are unsure why can t they get into a telephonic call.

They are not at all serious in recruiting people, just wasting peoples time , effort and money. Don t go for any interview there without a telephonic.
