Took the doctor 2 weeks to call in a script.
Called days in advance to use my dental appointment for a broken tooth and when I was guaranteed over the phone it would be repaired at my next appointment, they instead cleaned my teeth. (A procedure I would have cancelled in the middle of a pandemic)
Now a broken tooth will continue to cut my tongue for 2 months until the next appointment they can give me.

I had a doctors appointment over a week ago and got a prescription for an EpiPen. Dr. Tuna gave me the WRONG medication on the prescription. I have called 3 times and CVS has also called 3 times with no response from anyone on changing my prescription! I'm done leaving messages to not get a call back. I'm a stay at home mom to a 2 year old and now I have to drag her into the office with me to get the answers I need. Absolutely ridiculous.
First time at this location and my last. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Nursing assistant or medical assistant was rude and offensive as she was laughing with a coworker about my name. Only good thing was the ARNP was friendly and personable. I called back and let the office manager know what about my experience and she was professional and helpful. Too bad a first impression is lasting and made by front line workers, in this case, front desk and they dropped the ball. Hopefully at the new location it's better for customers.
My wife came in for a follow up visit after being diagnosed with pneumonia in the hospital 3 weeks before. She was still having difficulty breathing.
A doctor that has never seen her before tells her she "feels" COPD is causing her breathing issues and not pneumonia. No chest x-ray, nothing but her "feeling".
My wife told her the hospital didn't test her for COVID and asked if she could be tested there. The doctor lied to her face with some BS about there being "very specific guidelines" to test someone. This quack should be sued for malpractice and this poor excuse for a healthcare facility should be closed.

They are extremely punctual. Staff and doctors are nice. Doctors take their time to answer any question that you might have. Overall, very satisfy with their service.

First time coming her for my mothers appointment and was impressed visually.Nicely done interior design; The chairs are comfy and the place is clean with great lighting. I sat with my mom to wait to be called and her appointment was a certain time but we ended up waiting longer than usual. We had to ask up front that she was supposed to be called by now. They were a bit disorganized with the check Ins but there's someone who helped sort things out. The care and treatment was professionally done and everyone seems nice and respectful. Plenty of people who speaks Spanish here. Ocala lacks Bilingual Healthcare workers and in here you got a better chance of getting the care you need without miscommunication.
Came in and saw two different doctors within two weeks. Both doctors ignored my issues. I ended up in the hospital 2 days after my second appointment due to a UTI gone sepsis and into my kidney
Would give 0 if I could, this place is a sham and is refusing to see a patient with breathing problems, has repeatedly refused to fill prescription. Absolutely disgusting that this place claims to help people. In all honesty I'd be happy if the entire crew was released and this place shut down.
