I revise my previous comment. As with every business you deal with often, it's inevitable you will have some unfortunate experiences. In this case, in the vast majority of times I had to deal with them, I was left satisfied.

Great service-
had a hard time with Greek bureaucracy (digital signature), but Lefteris K. offered his invaluable assistance (and patience). Highly recommended.
