We have been using the service for a couple of years and I must say that it is a good service, a very heavy flaw in my opinion is the commercial approach they have with the customer.
They call a million times and insist too much, they want immediate answers without giving you time to reflect, it is not a relationship suited to a service of this type.

"if you only show a moment of indecision they put you at the corner with a whole series of considerations ranging from your inability to manage the relationship with customers and commercial information to an avalanche of m. on any name of their competition. If with great difficulty you manage to detach yourself from the phone without ending the speech, start a real work of stalking with reminder calls from different subjects who do not stop at nothing and continue to talk even if they are told that they are. busy and you can't be on the phone. Access to commercial information on customers is unfortunately an obligation for businesses today, but it is a service that, although managed by large impersonal companies, should still be based on a relationship of trust. How can you trust people who treat customers this way from the start?
