Customer service is pretty much non existent. They do not reply to simple emails requests

We have been dealing with Breezway for the last 8 years now and in particular with Kathleen Limerick. Nothing is ever a problem - If you need an answer, Kathleen will get it for you. Nothing beats dealing with an Aussie company that is still manufacturing in Australia.

Sensational service on an out of warranty issue. Couldn't wish for better product or service.

I am a Breezway employee and I have had louvres installed in my own kitchen. Very happy with the result. The company has a great showroom and I believe that Breezway as a whole offers fantastic customer service.

Great staff with excellent knowledge of the product, I have a house full of Breezway louvres that I cannot fault, Would use only breezway the next time I'm looking at louvres
