Calabasas Car Care Review

This was my first time going into an auto shop without my dad. I was nervous due to my lack of experience. However, the service and honesty of the employees gained my immediate trust in the business. I was told my tires were new and could have a warranty on them, meaning I wouldn t have to pay. The gentleman told me to check so that I wouldn t get charged for something I could ve gotten for free. He knew this was my first time and that I didn t have much knowledge on any of this. He was kind, attentive, and honest. This is a small business that is most likely impacted by covid. They could ve taken advantage of my inexperience. However, the moral integrity, professionalism, and honesty of this business speaks volumes. My warranty only worked with Costco, so I didn t end up using their service. The gentleman knew this was a possibility but still chose to uphold his values. I am grateful that this was my first experience. I will be going to them for future services. I know they ll have my back.

I needed a patch on one of my tire and Omar is such a great guy he fixed it in less than 5 min. I will definitely go back again.

I used to only go to the dealer for all repairs because I didn t trust the car repair places I visited in the past who overcharged, had poor customer service, and poor quality work. Since I found Calabasas Car Care decades ago, I confidently take my car in for repairs. I still visit the dealer for certain services, but for many services I go straight to Calabasas Car Care because the work quality is excellent and their turnaround time is much faster than the dealer. You don t have to make a reservation days in advance.

Amazing! I got into a fender bender and brought my van here on referral. It's a huge place with a lot of employees and they were able to get my car done super fast. These guys are great. They will take care of your car. Timely and the best price and work I have ever seen. I trust them. They have a great team.

Been at the shop twice. Highly suggest. Just want to say they really know what their doing. Extremely honest and aren t going to waste your time or theirs. Matt who works in the office gave me a solution to fix an old car myself instead of throwing more money than the car is worth. Great guy. I appreciate what they do for the community. Need more honest mechanics like them.
