Hotel is very clean services are all at its best.both me and my wife enjoyed maximum.Quality of food is excellent.mr.sujeeve (Jaipur pavilion)Mr. Mahaveer,(sheesh Mahal) and KarmAnya(reception,) are most perfect in their jobs. For sure will come back soon.

Amazing Service, Food and Staff Behaviour, Really enjoyed my 1 days stay. Tried rajasthani food , Peshawari food was awsome but less variety, Really enjoyed the Rajasthani Food
We went to rajputana sheraton and went to the restaurant peshawari. We booked our table before with mr surendar and came here on time. But still our table has been given to someone else and told us to wait for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes mr surendar tell us yo wait for another 40 minutes and told us that we dont do reservations and it for the first come first serve. In front of us there was table vacant for more than 30 minutes and they told us that we cant give this table as its beem reserved for a vvip guest. The way they were talking to us was just horrible and its not a way to deal with the customers. I am very unhappy with the behavior of the manager surendar and was very very disappointed.
So please look this matter and the staff behavior to the customer.
We went for dinner at peshavari with reservation with Mr. Surender..The time we reached he allotted our table to someone else and said that we came 5 min late and said that you have to wait for 20 more min and we waited.This does not end here coz after 20 min he said more 40 min and then there was a table which was vacant for last 20 min we told him to release this and he said that somebody else is coming And we told him that we came 5 min late and you did not allot us the table and then you are waiting for someone else for 20 min...some other staff came and said very rudely that they are VIP and he said we don't take any reservations after 8 pm.
If Sheraton is only for VIP then they should put it outside then why Wil normal people will come and when we said that we will put the review the same time he issued us the table

Amazing, I felt as if I have entered the era of Queens n Kings actually the Rajputana style. Awesome. Everyone should experience this one , particularly the ITC in Jaipur. Their hospitality n the way the portray our culture and heritage cannot be explained in words.
I came for a very short duration.
But was really impressed by the hospitality of 2 ladies,, when asked, they were the trainees of the same group of hotels(ITC program for under grad)

It is a very luxary hotel ,one of the best option to have a stay it's food is also good although it is ITC marked hotel and whenever I come to Jaipur Rajasthan my first preference will be to ITC Rajputana

Whatever I write about this hotel is less. It was an awesome experience visiting ITC RAJPUTANA JAIPUR. I went there in Aug 2017( sorry for late review) with family. The reception was so beautiful and nicely maintained. The people at reception welcomed us warmly and with smiling face. Specially I remember Pandi ( if misspelt sorry for that). She was very helpful during our stay. The food was equally tasty and there was lot of variety in breakfast buffet. Our room was also big and nice. Pool and spa services were also good. Cleaning staff was also very helpful for that i remember Ramji. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and great experience.
