A 5 star property offering spacious rooms and courteous staff.

The hotel has changes and a lot renovation is done .Now lobby is big and decent and cool.Staff is good.Restaurants are with good ambiance but the food quality is so ..so..expensive.At least buffet lunch should be at a nominal price.Very near to Railway station Jaipur Junction.Market is also not so far.MI road is near .This hotel is on mid of down town and new Jaipur.Good place to stay with family and parking is not a problem...Near by good restaurants but by Cab or Car.

Bit expensive but worth the views. The amenities are up to mark.

As always, ITC hotels provide with the best of services at reasonable rates. Extremely hospitable staff.

Home away home...superb hospitality...stringent measures on sanitizing...caring staffs

What a beautiful place and property , i really cherished and enjoy my stay here during my recent visit in december, 2018.
Such humble people and beautiful welcome and interiors.
Also, i loved the breakfast area and menu. I have never seen in general people serving and taking care of guests at a buffet, when asked.

The infrastructure of the hotel was good but the services of local hotels are better.
Some things do work but some things do not work.

Wouldn't let me leave even though they had the card info on file that my company used to pay for the room. Switched my room in the middle of my stay and made me pay for a taxi from and back to work to pack and move my stuff to a new room. In exchange, they only gave me two free drink coupons that I could only use on separate predetermined days between 6-8pm that I couldn't even use because I work between those hours. Be prepared to pay very high prices for everything. Doesn't come with free internet ($10-22 per day) and meals are around $30 each.

Hospitality lacks courtesy. Very poor management at front desk.

Stopped by for dinner at the Indian restaurant. The food was excellent, and the live ghazals were beautiful. The kebabs were sumptuous, but the main course buffet was slightly disappointing

My family and I are from New Zealand and stayed here at ITC Rajputana early February 2017. Wow, this too is a stunningly beautiful hotel right in the heart of Jaipur, not far from the train station if coming from Agra. Old world charm of the Raj days and simply breath taking in every aspect. Food selection is magnificent and a delight at every turn. The hotel is spotless and the staff were simply wonderful and accomodating. Highly recommend you visit the Elephant Rescue near by too, if you love elephants. Closeup and very personal. But 5 stars easily earned for ITC Rajputana, Jaipur.

Good Hotel with nice ambience and the property is not soo good but it suits the richness of city and Tradition of Rajasthan.
