WORST SERVICE! Staff tried to CHEAT me. When I went to redeem my complimentary cake coupon, the staff took the coupon inside and removed the validity date sticker and returned claiming the coupon is invalid. Such deceiving and disrespectful act by a reputed hotel. WHAT A SHAME!

It used to be one of the great hotels in Chennai some 10 years ago, now it is decently maintained and the food is decent as expected from these star hotels, it is very much in the heart of the city,just note the traffic can get pretty high in the morning and evening at the entrances of the hotel

It's one of the iconic hotel of Chennai heritage it was earlier called Park sheraton from ITC and has recently changed to Crowne Plaza. The staff remains the same and the food is great and it's great for corporate events family functions get togethers and what not. A very family friendly hotel. It right at the centre of the city in terms of travelling to any direction doesn't take more than 45 min max
