ITC Hotels-Park Sheraton Hotel & Towers ,Chennai,India Review

Been to this place for one night stay with my family on a festival holiday. Turned out to be a wonderful place to stay and spend some quality time with my family. Swimming pool is well maintained. Steam and sauna bath offered as a compliment was a nice touch. Dinner buffet was worthy in every way. Staffs we're courteous. Room is more than at par with any given 5 star hotel. Check in and check out was a ramp walk

This review is only for the dinner buffet. Good taste of food and varieties. Service was excellent. However the desserts was not satisfactory. Ambience was fantastic.

Perfect place for a socialising, needs improvements in navigation and administration...

Pathetic Service. Lots of discrimination between the guests. Needs to be looked in very seriously about staff members attitude. Room Television did not work and no action was taken even after several complaints.

Food is great. Halls are good for corporate events.

Excellent Hotel . Very courteous staff too . The morning breakfast buffet was just awesome with lot of choice and prompt service

Excellent place for hosting lunch for Business friends. All varieties of cuisine are available. Each and Every item is quite delicious. Got a nice ambience. They got a very flexible system. We can have a fixed menu or ala carta.

Waiters are very friendly and quite active. They understand our needs and provide a most hospitable service in a courteous manner. I really like the Dakshin Restaurant where we usually go for Lunch for food as well as for relaxing.

Known this hotel from its inception. Changed management. Overall still retains it's charm. Very slow service though in coffee shop.

Dakshin Restaurant @ Crowne Plaza is a fantastic place to visit while in Chennai.Delightful cuisine of south india with live music and dance adds special charm.

Wonderful facilities... Rooms are too good...but still some rooms seems to be small in size. Complementary breakfast is quite ok.The swimming pool is not that up-to the mark when compare it with the standard of the hotel.

Very bad quality rooms for a five star hotel!! And the only thing they concentrate is on money customer service is poor, staffs at the front desk is very rude

Hotel Is Good And Excellent !! But Your Securitys Are Very Very Worst . They Are Not Treating Us Like A Guest . When Ever Anybody See Us . Say Me Your Room Number !!! And Then 3 People In Your Room How They Allowed .!! Come With Me Lets Go Front Office .. Even When We Came Out Of Cab They Never Opening The Doors ... Pls Tell Themm

Comfortable hotel, excellent service from professional, helpful and friendly staff, lovely warm water pool, outstanding buffet breakfast and dining options. Thanks for the particular attention to gluten free meals.

Great place, great food and ambience. One of the best places to be in Chennai and if you're a Pub addict, try for Gatsby's. It is undoubtedly the best on offer in Chennai. The place remains open as late as 3am in the night and the services are very good. It's located in Chamiers Road and apart from pricing which has to be on the higher side, you are guaranteed to get quality time and food in return which should be the deal breaker for me.

Good pub but don't allow stag to enter even if you enter somehow they won't allow you to dance

Hotel where you might bump into an celebrity if you are lucky. the location is the con.
where as the hotel is huge with beautiful pool and dinning area. it does have a huge lobby with meeting Hall's on 3rd & 4th floors.
the breakfast here was good.
The reading area has the cool attraction and lot of photoshooting spots like the hallway and pool.

if you aren't staying here, you cant explore all the places there will be some hotel person stopping you if you try to access certain places.
