A best place to check in where u get a better assistance by the consecutive staffs overall a good place

Room and room service is good. But food very bad. Also no waiter will bring your order on breakfast table if you are Indian men sitting alone and you will also be offered seat at the end. I stayed in 2704 from 20th to 23rd March. I was once charged 576 rs and next day 700 rs for same order. When I complained at the time of checkout they were taking too much time to verify, they were not able to verify in 15 mins. So I paid and left

Dakshin restaurant was great. Enjoyed the meal and live music.

The old Park Sheraton, now Crowne Plaza hasn't changed much except for management.

It's been there many years ago and still it's maintained for its name. I love to be there again and again for its hospitality and ambience.

Always my favourite, because whatever the day when I step into Crowne plaza it pumps up the energy and brings the light on your face!

The rooms are average... Dakshin is still the star attraction... is it looking dull beacuse ITC has pulled out or is it in real?

A good hotel close to Chennai central business district. Great choice of restaurants and good ambiance. Been here several times to meet business associates over lunch or breakfast. They have adequate parking facilities. The hotel is disabled and wheelchair accessible. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Very friendly and warm staff. Good facilities, highly recommend the strategically placed hotel in Chennai.

Staff is very well trained and give at most attention to your needs. Good food and ambiance is very energetic, rooms are very spacious and have all the furniture that will make comfortable and give you feel to stay longer, bathroom is very good we can enjoy bath with relaxation.

Only when I visit these places realise how much money is needed for this country and poverty around

One of my most pleasurable trip in Chennai. I had the opportunity of staying in this hotel for couple of days on 16th and 17 of Jan. 2014. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was nothing that I could complain about. I also had breakfast with my family for both the days in the Sheraton Towers. They stand on the top of my list. They welcomed us with a smiling face and served us the hot breakfast to the fullest. They had a huge lay and it became difficult to choose what to eat and what not to. We were given special attention by Mr. Satya and Mr. Probhashish. All the time we were there we saw them giving the same hospitable treatment to everybody walking into the restaurant. Hats off to the team...keep the good work going.

Erstwhile ITC park sheraton, now under a different management. There is not much change in the interiors but the service levels dropped down.

What I like most is the friendly & usually helpful staff.

I have now (mid 2019) been a member of the gym (incl. pool & spa usage) here, so I am not a typical hotel guest and have not used many other hotel services since then.

What I don't like is the excuses from management why this or that isn't working in the gym or how long it will take to fix it. Or why spa offer has worsened but membership fee still stays the same.

The equipment is aging, but there seems to be little notion to bring this back to being a premium offer... which would be value for the premium/high cost they are asking for.
Not very customer-centric... certainly as a long-term member I don't feel valued.

Hence only 1 star.

They only serve foreigners not Indians.
There is no jet facility in the bathroom only tissue. Is this a Indian 5 star or of foreign countries

The old charm is slowly going away, not so great service and the mid night menu options are also very less compared to earlier

Some neatness missing ,taste of food & served coffees are not hot .Electrical hazard & slippery hazard observed.

It is a ok 3-4 *hotel.. ill kept. Maintenance can be improved a lot, especially in the meeting rooms.

The restaurant Dakshin is world class and the dishes in the menu are really exquisite.

Nicely done with nice bars and food. Music wasn't deafening at the bars which allowed for a civilised conversation...unlike many Chennai bars.
