ITC HOTEL THE KAKATIYA Review

First of all the elevation the hotel even today looks great, awesome e.t.c I was here to attend a party at banquet hall. The hall is very good in terms of ambience, service e.t.c The food was very tasty and the spread of food had many items and the presentation of food was very nice. I wish to visit the hotel again not as a guest on a party, but, as a guest in one of the restaurants of this hotel.

Good hotel with great Indian and peshawari style food choices. Located in center of Hyderabad.

Very elegant ambience and royal look. The food was very tasty and special. The service was courteous, but very slow.

Spacious rooms were the best part of this property! However, the extremely slow room and housekeeping services were a big negative. The concierge and reception were very prompt and helpful though. Located centrally.

Great hotel, all ITCs are. Wonderful check-in reception and superb rooms. They have really thought of everything! Had a few hiccups with the service, the restaurant (hair in food!), and the salon. However, those were minor in comparison to the attentive front of house staff. Overall, it's a lovely stay.

Restuarant Review : One of the best restaurants in entire country I have ever been to is Kebabs n Kurries which is housed in this hotel. The food is beyond belief and tastes heavenly, the aroma and flavors are out of this world.

Hands down the best biryani I have ever had in my life.

Never had this experience in my life... I don't know if its best, but till now it's the best dining experience I ever had in my life...... Amazing... Lot's of Love.....

Popular 5 star hotel in Begumpet, known for its Hyderabadi cuisine.

Very tired, bathrooms look old and carpets and sofas look dirty. In dire need of a renovation.

A great place for professional meetings and for organising functions.

1 star because the rooms and stay doesn't give you a feel that you are in a 5 star hotel. There are many 3 star hotels which gives better features and services than. A big disappointment.

Me and my spouse have been there for the Sunday afternoon buffet,sponsored by my company which I work for which is ADP,the staff was just amazing especially Bhaskar & Priyanka..they were courteous, generous and excellent in their presentation and greetings.Interiors of the hotel are fantastic.the food was really tasty and mouth watering,but as I eat halal and non veg there was pork and tong was there for which I wasn't aware or sure if it was used for pork as I prefer keeping pork a bit far and not too close to halal non veg food.

One of the Luxury Hotel in Hyderabad. The staff are friendly and courteous. the food in restaurant Dakshina Mandalam is very good, but needs to improve in taste wise...

Great hospitality. Welcoming staff. Awesome food. Prominent location... It has mostly best of what a visitor can expect. Huge spread of breakfast buffet... Must to have food at Dakshin, which has stunning ambience and delicious food.

Only con is that the billing in ITC isn't transparent, they have a lot of hidden costs and also the breakup is quite difficult to understand.

Else my rating would have been 5 on 5

Worst hotel in the world and especially worsttttttt captains in the world

There are only 4 truly luxurious hotels which deserve to be called 5 star hotels in Hyderabad; Falaknuma, Taj Krishna , Park Hyatt and of course Kakatiya. True luxury is pampering your senses with not just visual appeal but also with the tactile feedback from everything you touch. Most hotels these days use laminates to replicate wood and stone in the buildings . They have used the real thing . The carpets and cutlery are top notch too. The food is out of this world.. not enough can be said about the biryani in the coffee shop and the selection of meat used in the fare at kababs and curries . .. The only thing I think they can improve a bit on is their service. Not that it falls short anywhere, I agree that yes they are the best but it wouldn't hurt to pamper their customers by going that extra mile

Ambiance is great, but to my surprise I find food servserv is not matching it's status...statrer not good ..only one option for veg... surprisingly flyes around the food...ver v disappointed..
