Stayed here for couple of night. It's bit far from the airport, as compared to others but you won't regret the choice. Good helpful staff and spacious room. Highly recommended!

The Non Veg Thali which costs around 2000 rupees is fantastic. Taste is nice. If price is not a matter, then one can try this awesome thali

Very poor service. No track of check out dates and asking guest to check out before the scheduled date and then blocked the card. And more over any room service order will be half an hour.

Slightly dated property. However food is very nice. Dakshin restaurant serves very nice south Indian food. The service is friendly. The Kebabs and Curries restaurant serves nice north indian food. It's a luxury property so prices are high. But good food experience.

The staff is very friendly and professionally. Maintenance of bathrooms can be improved

Location is good fromnthe point of connectivity to the rest of the city. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Amenities are plentiful. Sometimes the switches in my room did not work. That's the only complaint I have regarding the stay.

This is a luxury hotel one of the favorite hotels of mine, I have been to this place only 4 times but loved the experience, the rooms very absolutely clean, the service was amazing, when it come to food the buffet spread was huge, as this is a luxury hotel the bill will also be a bomb

Worst mid night buffet experience ever. No taste, No proper service.

This hotel is no longer a luxury property. It's run down and past it's retirement date as a luxury hotel.
Its poorly lit and therefore appears drab.
Rooms don't have an iron or ironing board. The one I got after asking for was so worn out that it top surface was dimpled.
The bathroom lights are so dim that one has trouble shaving.
The breakfast spread does not look hygienic. The juice pot was dripping juice on the floor, the waiting staff is slow to respond.
The mini bar in the room has just a few cans of soft drinks!!
No turndown service.
Three star is a generous rating for this property.

Just the way it should be..... the best from ITC hospitality.. can never be disappointing... the food the aura the service the greeting with smile.... they surely know what a 5 star hotel should be. Keep it up...

Hhmm, environment was good and the serves were pretty good

Went to the kebabs and Curries with a friend, was served thier signature dal and fish, chicken and lamb which all had a taste that brought out the different spices added to each if them...the desserts of Shahi Tukda was not so great as the bread was too soft and the falooda was just okay.. enjoyed the meal as it was my friend who took the cheque

I'd stayed at ITC Kakatiya on 14th and 15th of Feb 2018. Since the room I'd booked was unavailable I was given an upgrade. The ITC is located on the Begumpet main road, opposite to the Telangana chief minister's residence. The approach to the hotel is good and around 45 min to 1 hour drive from the airport. The room was a double bed room with a TV, mini bar, bath tub, computer/reading table, and few more amenities. The room was clean and ready by the time I checked in. The room assigned to me was a smoker's room and I'm a non smoker. When I complained about the smell of cigarettes the room was immediately cleaned and purfume was sprayed to make me comfortable. The service is good and prompt. I'd requested for food to be served to the room and as promised the food was delivered, on time, on all occasions. There are variety of foods available from south Indian to North Indian to continental. And breakfast and lunch menus are served 24/7.

Food was not good at all at Deccan. Very hodge podge selection.. went for biryani mainly.. very ordinary. Definitely not worth the money. Lastly paid by foreign card card and the exchange charged was over 15% extra.. ridiculous..

Doesn't have a contemporary look but has some great local food.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Stay at this hotel quite often and they always exceed my expectations. Thanks to the front desk, business center, and welcome staff for their great work. The breakfast in the mornings, although always the same for the most part, has great variety and is good food. Thanks to that staff as well.

Rooms are very spacious. Spa and Swimming pool is very nice.
Restaurant inside ITC Kakatiya isn't very great in taste.

Lousy food. All grandeur of a 5 star hotel but uncourteous staff and horrible food. Visited for a function. Avoidable hotel.
