Great hospitality. Welcoming staff. Awesome food. Prominent location... It has mostly best of what a visitor can expect. Huge spread of breakfast buffet... Must to have food at Dakshin, which has stunning ambience and delicious food.

Only con is that the billing in ITC isn't transparent, they have a lot of hidden costs and also the breakup is quite difficult to understand.
