5 star for 5 star hotel. Food is better when compared to other 5 stars.

Visited Deccan Pavilion for Dinner Buffet- as its an old hotel,Ambience was not that good. Food taste was good unlike other star hotels but not too many varieties.

True to its claim ITC Katakiya is indeed a luxurious hotel at a great location. The service at every step of the stay makes you feel privileged.

The staff was brilliant and helpful. A complete 5 star experience .The food was unmatchable . All in all a brilliant place !

Awesome Authentic Indian food and royal ambience. Price per person without drinks would be 1000 or so

Room's cleanliness and hygiene is a big question , Inroom dinning and butler's staff are a bit rude on phone . Hotel facilities are decent .

We prefer to stay at ITC because of its unique Hospitality. ITC kakatiya dining experience at Decaan Pavilion was excellent because of staffs hospitality during stay from 10th to 16th July 2019 .

The staff is very friendly with excellent hospitality and rooms were so made so welcoming! Spacious rooms with beautiful interiors.

This has Dakshin, which is one of the best places in Hyd for south indian food.

The prices are high, but you will enjoy the ITC hospitality.

i liked the fact they use recycled glass bottles to give you water. i think it is a very responsible thing to do.

It's awesome, and beautiful crafted hotel in the centre of Hyderabad

This used to be a luxury hotel. No longer. No fresh investments. Earlier once they had asked me to pay though they had instructions that bill should be sent to company. It happened again to another colleague last month. Water in swimming pool does not appear to be changed regularly. It is shaped like recreational pool. I haven't seen people using the pool. Barber isn't available most of the time. The Gym is small and the equipment is very old. The restaurants and service are very good. ITC has opened a new hotel in Hyderabad. I will try it out next time.

Cleanliness, Odor, Flooring are one of the things I am in Love with in this hotel.

Staff people are very nice and keeps a smile on the face.

Kababs and Kurries have beautiful ambience, had set menu option. Food was tasty.

The surroundings weren't kept very clean. The interior look a bit old now. However, the good was excellent. Do check out Shahi Tukda in desserts. It was really amazing.

Branded for rich people, who need food atmosphere... Will get all expectations

This is a great place if you're into South Indian food. Especially if it's a special occasion. They have a lot of speciality dishes that you don't usually eat everyday. Those are well made.

Nice support and nice response, here we can get delicious food definitely. Service is good. If want to say about the amenities, overall everything is okay and there is no doubt at all. Rooms, premises everywhere we can find out the excellent higenic cleaning of the entire areas. Mainly the receiving is very good
