It was a very popular hotel till the Hyderabad airport shifted from Begumpet to Shamshabad. Was conveniently located to old airport, businesses and secretariat. Once Business District moved to HiTech City area, many new generation high end hotels came up there. Since then the prominence of this hotel has come down.
