House Keeping is bad....No initiative to clean the room themselves. Service is poor

What a place to be in .. Property is super ... Their standard rooms are good however washrooms can be improved ... Food is amazing specially the breakfast served in the morning ...

An iconic and well maintained property. This place invokes history and the nostalgia associated along with it. Why the low rating then? Here it goes!

Had gone along with my colleagues for a midnight meal to Deccan pavilion. There were soiled plates kept around along with leftover food. The worst part was the service of the wait staff who seem to be under trained or improperly trained. They cannot greet the customer or service them properly. Nothing was done without being promoted multiple times.

With regards to feedback, I think nobody bothers and I wouldn't be wasting my time here again!
Even the food for the buffet was not replenished on time. I'd say this again though, it's a class property with improper wait staff atleast in the nights!

As soon as I heard I'll be staying in ITC, I was supper dupper excited and that flew away when I saw the room, way too old room very dully maintained throughout my stay I could smell moist wood.my room had locker which was broken and bath tub was awful as well, I wish I had clicked pics. Water sink knob was too tight to push so had call maintance to help me out.They charged whopping 18k for twin sharing room.two stars is for there staff who made us comfortable throughout the stay. Definitely not worth the money they cost

I went here for a marriage-reception event. The food was absolutely delicious and the building and surroundings look elegant, perfect for Instagram.

Safety measures were impeccable. So was the service.

Apart from the reservation desk the entire experience is extremely nice. The rest of the hotel staff would make you feel warm and welcome.

Dakshin is my current favourite restaurant in Hyderabad and would definitely be on my to recommend list.

Ambience was nice but food is not good, don't eat lamb over here, try to avoid it, chicken n fish varieties are just ok.

Came for lunch with my nephew for his daughters Birthday. We loved the dal makhani & lachcha paratha which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive.

The service was par excelence till finish.

We had reserved the table but was almost half full.

As it was a Birthday family party, they got us a nice cake at the end of dinner & couple of the staff joined us for celebrating & chorus singing.

Ambiance was just too good.

All in all a great place
