Dakshin at ITC Grand Kakatiya is a nice restaurent with flavours from South India and decent service coupled with courtesy makes the food more tasty. Very relaxing at the same time.
Nice & beautiful place, food is delicious & staff at restaurant very courteous but reception staff is very rude & non-supportive.

ITC Kakatiya is the most luxurious among all the star hotels in Hyderabad. Owned and managed by the Indian tobacco conglomerate ITC, is located in a prime locality.
Well managed property with attentive staff. Parking space is a constraint. Many vehicles parked along the driveway on either side.
Hotel ambience is very nice. The restaurants are good, the lobby is modern and luxurious. They even have an "eva" floor that is women only and guarded by security guards. Especially secure for the many female business travelers in Hyderabad.that is the unique intiative ITC has taken and this thing make me to come back in ITC.I am assisted by Neha from guest relations executive.she explain us all the facilities of the hotel.she is very good in her area.Hope to see her back.i would love to recommend this hotel to my friends and love to get luxury experience as Neha told me.

Great place to stay. Excellent service from staff. Sushmita at front desk did amazing job when I did a last minute reservation. She ran around with central reservation desk and got me the same room almost instantaneously. I did not have to move at all and it looked like I always had the reservation. Similarly Mr. Durgaiah also gave a great service as Head Concierge. Great staff!!! Rooms are very clean and housekeeping does great job morning and evening. However, carpets in room can be more clean/replaced. Over all great experience. Thank You
We are a group of four and have stayed for 7 nights. We have explored almost all the facilities. The specialty restaurants were very good. The staff is very friendly and housekeeping fabulous. Everything served with a smile. I would greatly recommend staying at the ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad

A great place to organize events. The hall is great and if decorated for function like reception or other auspicious occasions, it looks very beautiful. The hotel itself is great and people can expect a great stay while enjoying the event for which they have come. The food is also great there which is served as a part of the event.
Fantabulous place...Recepcaninst was very friendly and helpful...rooms are very nice..Also washrooms are very spacious...

Nice ambience worst food - we all had Buffet and the taste of the food was pathetic and the Biryani was like smashed and not good. Worst experience Green Park is way better - ITC should work on quality and taste of food.

Tried Buffett at Deccan pavilion, good service but the spread and food was quite ordinary. Chinese had an overdose of soya, breads were not great. You got to search for pieces in search Gosht biryani ....
Went for b'fast with family. Superb hospitality & the food was marvelous.
The rooms are quite big and the services offered by the management are very good
Primarily due to following reasons:
1. Mosquitoes in room. Denied our request for good night mat. Came with agarbatti & saying we only have this.
2. Lights went out at 11.30pm. Came to know that it was due to curcuit tripping.
3. First day, we checked in. Just as we were unpacking in our room, main door opens, a guy in black suit comes in straight into the room. He also has the swipe card that was configured for the same room we had checked in. What the heck? Sorry sir this supposed to be my room he said. I called up at reception. Tge rep said I have to check. Came to know the other guy's card was wrongly configured
4. First day, I entered the hotel. There was already a man (supposed to be a customer like me) standing in front desk almost shouting about an issue. I asked, then came to know since morning till 5pm there was some water treatment repairs going on. No water available till 5pm. Wow!
5. We had a child with us. We asked for late check-out. Denied request.
6. Floor carpet seemed to not have been cleaned since years.
7. Bathroom fittings came out when ever used. The bathtub drain opener spout had to be operated manually rather than moving the tap.
Some positive feedback:
1. Hotel location -very good.
2. Hospitality people very nice and courteous. Whatever support we got at times was from them. Timely and proper manner.
3. Quiet and composed rooms.
Great Stay. Hotel is opposite to Chief Minister Residence.
It's fine Five Star hotel with all facilities and centrally located.
Buffet was disappointing..cold..dessert selection limited...

I had a great time here. Love the ambience at the lounge, amazing bartender. The elevator was pretty fast - it took about 4 seconds to get to the 14th floor from Ground. The rooms had great decor and the view from the room is breathless especially at night and from a higher floor. The rates are fair considering the quality and standards they offer
U go to washroom for driver and security c badly smell.
Everything is excellent but Food Quality has to be Improved
They need to be modifying soon, to keep ahead of competition
The rooms are spacious, clean and bright with a nice view of Lake Hussain Sagar. The staff is very attentive and discreet. This is ideal for a business trip to Hyderabad, with private meeting rooms and meeting rooms that the hotel provides to guests.
Very nice place to hangout! Very reasonable prices! Lavish ala carte menu. Burger is the must try! Very food ambience! Very much friendly staff!
