Good view and full of greenery.. with extra level of cleanliness especially during the pandemic season including cutlery and food and room.. food is notched up to another delicious level.. absolutely loved staying here..
Its a beautiful hotel situated in Begumpet.The rooms are good and the hotel has good security facilities. There are some nice restaurants in this hotel. Ideal for marriages and functions as they have nice function halls supported by excellent catering facilities. The food is good. The service is also good, the begumpet metro station is very close to it. An ideal place for stay.
A well known and old landmark of Hyderabad. This property has managed to retain most of it's old world charm and hospitality over the years.

Went for a Muslim marriage function. Had a good experience overall. They could improve a bit on the service.
Ordered a club sandwich. They took a good 30 minutes to serve. Service was slow. At a 5star, you would expect that it would be faster.
We dined at K&K restaurant for North Indian cuisine and the food was just amazing! Ambience and service were great too but the food was the highlight, especially the Warqi paratha, dal makhni and veg biryani with raita. Just one thing, beware about the water, they serve bottled water (at an exorbitant price) if you don't mention regular water. Also provided a complimentary cake as we were celebrating a birthday. Overall, fantastic experience!
For old, traditional and high class, it's worth everything. Food, one of the best in Hyderabad, extremely difficult to not be satisfied

Itc Kakatiya is one of the best hotels in Hyderabad. It is in the heart of the city and yet, once you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is serene and you would not come to know of the buzz outside. There are a number of restaurants which serve amazing food inside the hotel. My favorite is Dakshin where you can get relax and experience authentic tastes. There is also a coffee shop which is open 24 hours and has a buffet for lunch and dinner. There spread is good and the ambience is appealing.
Food taste was general and ambience was also not great.

Stayed for two nights here. It is a well maintained property with very good pool and fitness centre. Lounge are good. Staff here is very helpful and courteous. Wifi internet is fast. For food more than one restaurant are there with buffet menu too. The rooms are spacious and have upscale amenities. Breakfast is well laid with many options.
Value for money for a luxurious stay.

we had dinner on 2uth of last month in kabaabs n curries wide our cash bill no.8019..we tried giving debit card of idbi bank..waiter prashant told me card is not working after putting correct pin no's..I forgot to carry my phone..so did not understand how it can reject..without seeing n checking his swipe machine..he asked for cash again..till today I m after them..that my card worked well..n amount is debited from my a.c.. they r not responding n not replying to loyal customer..n not returned my amount till date..such nuisance we never thought will happen with us..very irresponsible staff..n niyat hi thik nai
Heaven for great roti and Dal. Don't miss on their veg tikkas. Nothing to beat these restaurants ( Dakshin and Kebab...). Their Aiyars Trolley is worth a try.
Good experience. They have a valet parking. We went for dinner. Food was good. It was the feast for Non vegetarians. Excellent service. Over all an excellent experience.
