As name says... The luxury hotel with great ambiance...

Love the Buffett spread of the hotel. A bit expensive but if you are in a mood for splurging and plan to spend your day/evening take it slow, this is the place. Deccan pavilion offers good spread and Sunday brunch consist of complimentary drinks so if you are planning, you can take this under consideration. The restaurant is adjacent/ attached with the pool and you have an option to dine inside or outside along the pool side.

This place has very nice marble finish. The hospitality is very pleasing. It gives you a Mahal kinda feel from inside. Restaurant also serve nice food. Nice place to have coffee or something.

Excellent hospitality and awesome dinning experience. Located in upscale begumpet area. Easily accessible. Good number of amenities. Ideal place for parties and family functions. Definitely worth the money.

Nice food and obviously nice place for a get together

The sales staff is well mannered and understand business and customer's requirements.
Rooms are really good which are refurbished 3-4 years ago.
Fitness centre, SPA, coffee shop and the pool are adjacent makes it easily accessible and saves time
The place is located centrally and approach is good.
Opp to state chief minister house makes it even more a secure place.
Assured availability of taxis and cabs makes it a convenient place.
Banquets and meeting g room are well maintained.
Banquets are separated with dorma partition can be mergers for a roughly 5.5k sq ft
Open area adjacent to banquet can be arranged for gala events. The decibel levels should be controlled
Food is authentic and can be relished.
Fridays are special throughout the year.

Personally rates are too much for the service provided. Rooms are very old

It is my best dine out place. The Kebabs and Kurries restaurant serves the best chooza biryani. The ambience of the whole property is quite warm. The staff are equally good.

I stayed here on one of my work trips to Hyderabad. And man was I impressed! Great rooms.. Great service.. Slamming food!! All in all great experience! If you wanna be treated like a nawab.. You should definitely consider staying here.

K&K serves some amazing biryani....but slightly overpriced

Very nice ambiance and food. But I felt exhausted by tasting half the varieties they serve. It justifies the name luxurious hotel in pricing also

Infrastructure is good but the staffs behavior are not up to the mark

Really nice hotel. Well appointed, good gym. Restaurant was very pleasant. It's a little far our from commercial centers to stay for work, but if you don't mind a longer drive, it's a good option.

ITC Kakatiya never fails to disappoint. Our company had to deliver a 3 course meal to around 70 guests. And this had to be organized over a very short notice. But Mr Sai Bhaskar turned things around and was the ray of hope we needed. Thanks to him all our clients got to enjoy amazing food from their restaurant - "Kebabs and Curries", that too from the comfort of their homes. Looking forward to similar experiences in the future!

One of the best hotels I felt but something was missing. May be I stayed in ITC kohenuer which made me feel like that. Rooms are luxurious lot of space. Halls and dining was good.

I've spent almost 10 weeks here during two businesd trips to India. There are a lot of food options, quality rooms and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Well where do I start on this place. Walked into my room went to look at the view and could have fell out the window. 4 floors up the windows are from floor to ceiling and both sides were open. Had I leaned on then to look out I'd be dead or paralysed right now. God forbid it was someone with a child that child run straight to the window to look out and all the way down it would drop to its death. Called reception who tried to tell me that was not the case. So they sent the maintenance man, who spent 25 minutes playing with them before going to get more tools. Then coming back and still to no avail. In the end I went and demanded the manager to explain what was going on. As I believed that law had it that hotel windows are not meant to open wider then a certain amount. But anyhow to show him the death trap they had put me in and potentially others too. After an amount of time he as well as the repair man conceded that it was not able to be shut or fixed and that the room should be condemned. Work colleague got food poisoning from the shrimps had him laid up all day had to call a Dr and get him meds. BE WARNED CHECK YOUR WINDOWS CAREFULLY AND DONT LET THE KIDS GO AHEAD OF YOU UNLESS THEY CAN FLY.

One of the best properties in Hyderabad. It has one of my favourite restaurant Dakshin. Nice South Indian food experience with their Thali at Dinner. The staff is courteous and friendly. Their coffee shop is okay. Didn t like the midnight menu food much though.

Impeccable clean comfortable rooms. Service is warm and welcoming.
ITC maintains a consistant taste and standard of food across hotels. Room service was prompt and served well. Breakfast spread was limited (I guess due to Covid) but everything was top notch. I have not once been disappointed eating at an ITC property from my childhood till date.

Food is delicious.. but required items not available on the day we dined.
