One star for staff's hospitality. Rest everything is not upto the mark

Nice ambience, secrets of the Millioniare mind intro event held there.

Service and food was good. Nice place to relax on a Sunday afternoon

This is ok but not luxury 5star hotel unlike other 5 star hotels in the city

Although this is a standard hotel, it is the people who make it so good. As I have been here many times before, it was great from check in as they recognised me and as I was collecting my bags, the receptionist handed my room key. Just an example.

The ambiance was good but felt it could be more spacious to get that ohh.. feel

I paid for the tower room with a separate shower cubicle and was provided a normal small club room. I had a free room upgrade from mmt but the hotel said the ITC one rooms are sold out where as even at night 9pm the rooms were showing available online. Pathetic room. No dental and shaving kits. AC kept going off at night. Would never ever visit again nor recommend anyone

Good luxurious , spacious hotel. Gives feeling of a palace. White shining marble flooring gives soothing feeling. went to Dakshin Restaurant and had uppams. Liked some of the items in the menu and did not liked pappu, onion garlic curry. Liked Basundhi.

This is the best luxurious hotels in Hyderabad. Lobby is good . Ambience is lovely. Staff is good .

This place suck. Worst new year party ever. These guys don t know how to organize. Worst music. 4000 rupees wasted completely. Being itc and charging 4000 bugs the highest drink that they offer is 100 pipers . This shows how pathetic they are

Visited Marco Polo, the only bar accessible at that point in the hotel. Great service, along with complimentary munchies on the table(potato wafers, peanuts).

One of the best luxury hotels in Hyderabad. Superb ambiance. Too good service with a top notch infrastructure. Food is too good. It's better than biggies like Vivanta and Marriot.

Very good with vibrant ambience with good interior.. Lobby s spacious n ground floor with one convienience store n oke conference room accommodating 50 people. Rooms r spacious n well designed interior. Washroom is clean n tidy. Good staff n well maintained..

ITC Kakatiya is the best hotel visited till date the ambience, food everything is well settled.
The staff was very kind and the rooms provided were comfortable for stay.
Front desk receptionist Neha was very kind enough and ensured we did not have any issues regards to the stay, ty ITC for providing good service and have excellent staff like shameem thank you !!!!!!! Have a great day ahead!!!!!

I did find some mosquitoes in the lobby while I was waiting for my guest

Wash rooms allocated to Hyder Mahal is stinking besides having fresher evaporator inside. One digital weigh scale was kept inside Gentlemen's rest room which was non functional ?

Unbelievably well maintained place! Always come away with a wow feeling.
