Front desk needs a major overhaul in staff training and check-in process. Property is amazing without a doubt, best location in the city. The massage chair in the room was an advantage, I wish it is well maintained. My chair didn't work well. Food was good, croissant is soft as cotton. I wish I met the chef who made the croissant and thank him.
