I have had no problems with customer service, broadband speed or anything else. Every time I ring up with a question or anything I always have a friendly and professional person on the other end of the phone. Very pleased with the service :)

Internet connection is slow.
No connection for a whole day and customer service is not helpful. This started within the first months of installation.
They take your money and the services are poor.
Do better, Italk.

I have just joined italk after spending many weeks of research. Ordered and connected within 3 week's engineer very polite and professional. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Service is appalling. And once they have your bank details they decide it's there choice to take payment without direct debit. They need reporting to trading standards!!!

Worst ever, a cousin of mine who lives in an outhouse on my address was phoned by this dreaded company and fooled into making an order somehow, although he already had his own internet provider with virgin fibre optic and has no landline! But my house does! I found out later about this cos it was too late for me to confirm with my service provider (plusnet which i had 5 months contract left, which is also another cheeky useless provider) that someone at my address wanted to swith to italk, my landline was taken over my internet off! And now im stuck in limbo!! And every time i ring italk to try sort it, its a always a different story!!!! I am NOT happy with this!
To swap over was so easy and the signal is 100% better that sky. Well done italk
Haven t been with them for over a year been bombarded with phone calls and emails saying I owe them money all payments where up to date and paid the termination charges, I still get notifications from my bank saying that Italk are trying to take money from my account disgusting company stay well clear of them
