Worst ever, a cousin of mine who lives in an outhouse on my address was phoned by this dreaded company and fooled into making an order somehow, although he already had his own internet provider with virgin fibre optic and has no landline! But my house does! I found out later about this cos it was too late for me to confirm with my service provider (plusnet which i had 5 months contract left, which is also another cheeky useless provider) that someone at my address wanted to swith to italk, my landline was taken over my internet off! And now im stuck in limbo!! And every time i ring italk to try sort it, its a always a different story!!!! I am NOT happy with this!
