So far So good, customer service guy was very helpful when chatting before signing up. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and so easy to set up. I very hopeful it will prove to be as good If not better than my old BT Plus fair bit cheaper

Been waiting on phone to talk to someone for ages, listening to the worst piece of music possiible, absolutely terrible customer services, have to tick one star to be able to post message, should be ZERO stars
JUST ABSOLUTE SH*T! I have had nothing but trouble with this company from the beginning! Save yourself the trouble and go with a proper company and i am a person that does not do reviews. This comapany is just so horrible that people deserve to know exactly what horrible service they give!
Very good broadband and telephone service I have not had any problems since I got in put in I would recommend italk and it's also a really good price I'd just like to say a big thumbs up and thankyou
it's going on 2 years now. And every day sometimes for 2 hours, sometimes all day I have no internet. I call them, and they told me they have done everything they can, they send out openreach so many times. And openreach told me to go to another company. Right now for the pass 4 weeks I have been Using 3 Three Mobile hotspot that haven't fail me once. Keep looking at the comments. & You'll see how this company is such a scam. Since day one I haven't gotten a full 24 hours of internet. Am waiting on BT am going back to them. Forget these people.
Been dealing with this lot since my wife suffered a heart attack after receiving a call from these monsters. The whole experience was completely insane and terrifying.
It must have been over half a dozen times this year that they bothered my wife because of a direct debit they were unable to locate, although it was properly set up and active.
Last call received from them they demanded an authorisation from my wife to charge her credit card. My wife refused and told them - again- that there is a direct debit in place and hung up. This organic filth, however, rang back and started shouting and swearing at me??? Never mind they have been told not to, they took money from my wife's credit card, unauthorised, and took money of my wife's bank account - by direct debit.
My wife was admitted to hospital soon after upon receiving this call. This is why I have taken ownership of this case and started dealing with these lowlifes. However, they just ignored me completely and started terrorising me with calls while they withheld their number. One of the calls I answered - and there she was again, Mrs McFilth from italk - I will never forget her voice again - ever.
The money they have taken twice has never been refunded. Customer Service is a poor joke and pretty illiterate, too. This is by all means the worst of companies I have ever come across. I can only advise anybody reading this to stay well clear of italk. And if you do not believe me than please, do yourself a favour and read other reviews and complaints about this lot. Do not waste your time and your hard earned cash on them, you've been warned.
Service wasn't too bad, but when I contacted them to say I was moving and giving notice to cancel my service I heard nothing back. I moved 2 months ago and they call, email and send text messages saying my bill has not been paid and they will disconnect my service if I don't pay. Like I said I moved so service should of been disconnected 2 months ago. Seems they take no notice of emails so the bill is increasing monthly for a service I no longer use
Absolutely brilliant and happy. I m was a customer different provider before but not happy at all!! Always something... with italk at moment is brilliant and I m hoping that will be the same in future.
Please dont use this company or every give them your bank details they will charge what they want when . I had my bank charged 66pounds then 661within minutes. The will just take money the ccollections department will tell you customer care dont lie to you they make a mistake. But the staff dont know what GDPR is. They wont send a bill which I have repeatedly asked for so I can review it. My bank has now had to cancel my bank card to stop ramdon charges. Oh then they say my bank "dont know what they on about" So a italk representative state recorded that Italk as a company think Nationwide Building Society dont know the banking guidelines" even thought I was told repeatly by staff member thay they hadn't tried to take anything its a automated system that on one can stop. Or an employee is trying to dip into my account. ( find out when we get to court)
The staff are rude misimformed badly trained. If they dont know what GDPR is the might be selling you bank details to that Africa prince. Got told they will keep trying . Told them take me to court. Looking forward to that day. Oh they will never listern to their calls.

If you could give less then 1 star I would the worse ever I've been with I was lied to Internet never worked apart for a month at the start very rude an over price you still waiting for them to get back to me so I can cancel the contract all lies an fake promises.
Truly, Dismally @ innoficent Wheres my credit refund that has bern promised on 2 occassions when in conversation with thier Customer Service Managers. Both phone calls have been stressful while you have to fight your corner to speak to thier Managers. The promises of refund payments being arranged on both occassions are totally dishonest. Its been around 5 weeks of waiting. They refuse to return your monies by returning it into your bank account instead they claim it can only be sent by a cheque in the post. They cannot be trusted . If your considering signing up to ITalk Telecom. I cannot stress more clearly. Think again

12 days late turning on my broadband. Over charged the first month. Charged twice within a 4 day period. They re a joke. Customer service is terrible as they all work from the same room so you can t hear them and they can t hear you. I ve had them one month and I ve had to contact my bank to make sure they don t take anymore payments. Best to go with a real company.
I gave I talk 3 but not shore if I I should just have gave them a 1 had trouble with them because of my bank not supporting direct debits and they pested me different people 3 times each day for a month stuck with them until another 11 months and then will be switching because I had to repeat myself over and over to them I'd recommend another company
iTalk are a fantastic company to use for all your broadband and phone use. Having used other broadband service providers before i can say that iTalk are the best for not breaking up on you when you are on the computer or the phone.

Landline failed, it is critical because it is used to connect a heart monitor to the local hospital. I have tried every way I know to report the fault including pleading with Ofcom given the circumstances. They got involved but couldn t get in touch with them either!
The worst ever customer service, they should be closed down for putting my partners life at risk. Words are not enough.
My Dad is with them now. They cold call octagenerians to sign them up. Now his phone line doesn't work, they are looking into it but will take the best part of a week to reconnect. Rubbish outfit ... steer well clear.

Firstly it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get through to their customer service.
In December 2017 we decided to add on broadband onto our landline package.
Equipment arrived on time, plugged it in, didn t work.
At this point our telephone started playing up as well. Starting to ring and crackle at random points in the day and night.
Italk sent a replacement filter which was not the problem.
They reluctantly sent out a engineer on two separate occasisions to investigate and told me if my equipment was to be faulty I would have to pay.
Magically after the second appointment and nearly 3 months since starting the contract the service started working. NOTHING as been altered or changed with respect to my equipment or cables.
I am desperate to move to a different provider and certainly will at the end of this contract.
Only positive comment I have is that the staff at the call centre are polite given how much s**t they probably take on a daily basis.
After getting messed around by other providers plus when ringing up their customer services who pass you on and after receiving 2 calls a day from their ex workers who want to scam you to start their own companies up... then there s unclear landlines, broadband breakups... italk was a breath of fresh air. Support British, it s worthwhile!
Do NOT deal with this company, they have no idea what they are doing. Take money out of your bank when they feel like it and do not refund. I cancelled as they messed up installation and went with Talk talk who I would highly recommend. Fantastic service and an engineer comes to your house and installs it.
I e now been with Italk for just over 2 weeks and the difference from my previous supplier is unreal. Customer service is amazing quick response time. So easy to order no long complicated forms up to now 10/10
The worst internet provider in the UK. Had no services for 10 weeks and I'm getting harassed for payments for a service I've never had. Customer service is an absolute disgrace. I would not recommend italk to my worst enemy. An absolute shambles of a company.
Texted by them out of the blue telling me they will change my number in 10 days time. I have never contacted them, so how have they got my number. 'customer service' useless, cant/won't help. Josie not even listening to my problem or even gives a damn. Very conveniently no supervisor to speak to. What do i do in 10 days when they change my number
i have used italk for over a year now and find them to be a great value for money and very officiant. i recieve the right speed for what i use and dnt think i have ever had a problem with buffering ect... im very pleased with them as a whole.

I keep getting letters from this company I have never heard of them before I am getting letters saying I owe this much money to a company I have never heard of they are a joke it's a worry to get letters saying you owe money saying if you dong pay you will go to court

Italk is value for money especially if you are on low income. The internet is at a good speed. Few glitches here and there as it's new but otherwise very good. The customer care staff are lovely and helpful and willing to solve any problems or issues very quickly and give you a call back few days down the line to see if the issues with the internet have been resolved or if they have to do more. Definitely a good internet company
It's cheap but I wasn't expecting speed gonna be 2.2mbps which is slow....even my mobile internet is faster and what doing my head in is that every day the broadband going off between 6-7pm ....rang customer service and didn't even get thru after almost 2 hours waiting .
Very straight forward. I got refused elsewhere without paying money upfront. Italk accepted straight away and activation was on the day they said. Very highly recommended. Thank you. Speed is good. Was slow on first day but by day 3 I was receiving the speed I was promised.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, My mother's phoneline is broken and they refuse to acknowledge the phone line was not working, they needed to speak to her (but how can they when her phone line is broken) they are as awkward as you can possibly get, avoid this company like the plague, they keep you holding for nearly an hour before answering and their staff clearly not interested in helping and reading off a card and unable to report an issue on the line. Unprofessional, unhelpful and I will be moving my elderly mum away from this useless company.
