Google have been very helpful and their apps are amazing, i was going to upgrade my phone as my contract is at the end, and get an i phone, until I asked Google for help, and now they have helped me that much, to downloading and lots of other help, so my 2 years old phone is working like new again and I wouldn't change anything.

Never join this company slow Internet that switches off all the time. Also if you change the account over to someone else and your no longer the account holder they still find it OK to take money out of your account without permission. And don't ever try and get through to customer service you will be waiting a life time.

Failed to move a contact to my new address and are still trying to charge me for a service they are no longer providing. They are an utter disgrace and a dire example of customer service. Perhaps their only value might be as a learning exercise to other companies in how not to deal with customers and how to solve customer conflicts not exacerbate them further. If ever a company deserved to go bust, it is this one.

Paid bill a week later... due to illness and these cretins decided to try and fine me the sum of 19.99 - which is a 100% increase in my bill... f*ck italk telecom... internet signal is terrible. Goes off dailey

The worst broadband provider they phone on 4 different numbers starting at 8am till 7pm about 13 to 14 times a day made my auntie very ill with it all I left the Company and still they rung every day even after sending the equipment back nobody go with this company harassment isn't the word they call themselves italk more like harassment central

Absolute shocking service if I could give -5 stars I would there terrible. I had it installed and all it does is cuts out and asked to authenticate now ( which I don t have details to do so ). And it just stays off so your without internet. Then when I ring up I can t get through as I m 10000000th in queue so no chance of speaking to anyone. MY ADVISE PLEASE TAKE ALL THESE COMMENTS INTO ACCOUNT. WE HAVE SUFFERED SO YOU DONT HAVE TOO. GO WITH A BRAND LIKE VIRGIN OR SKY YOU WONT FIND YOURSELF GOING FAR WRONG.

Don't go with this company!!!!! Biggest mistake of my life 2 weeks since I was meant to go live and receive broadband I still have nothing and they are not bothered and are very unreliable and unhelpful in helping to assist the problem but offer to end the contract if I pay an early termination fee for something I havnt yet received.....worst company out there stay well clear, can't see them lasting long once ombudsmen gets in touch with them and trading standards

After losing my twin and being with my provider for years I was late for a payment the problems that insued from this had me deciding to look at switching as also was paying far too much for broadband and calls .customer service put me through the steps easily and I wont loose my speed coverage or loose internet service during the switch and have honestly halved my monthly bill and get to keep my number x wondered why I didn't do it sooner xx

They have left my elderly parents without the internet for almost two months, charging hundreds of pounds for engineers and routers that don't work. I would definitely recommend to friends and family it was a family member who recommended me I was happy with my provider but italk is definitely better and alot faster with delivery and having your services up and running.

Liars No Respect Deal with them at your Peril
I received a notification from italk saying that they were going to install my Broadband connection. As I was not a customer I contacted them and advised that this was nothing to do with me. They said that unless i was Adam they would not talk to me (The person who placed the order). Since then i have been bombarded with texts and call about "Adams" overdue account. Despite me trying to explain everything and that i am not their customer they just continue and their staff are arrogant, rude and totally brainless. I have been told that three managers are in the office but will not speak with me. I added a review to trustpilot and was quickly contacted by the mythical Lucy who asked me to reply. I replied and since then all i have had is more texts and calls chasing Adam for money. Lucy has not ever replied. Also be aware that they have shared Adams full name with me and many of his details and do not have a clue under the data protection act what they can and cannot share. I advised them that it was illegal to use and store my mobile number but was told tough until they can speak to adam. Clearly this is some sort of rip off company that has no willingness to resolve problems of their making, a company that is willing to share other people's data and cleary if it does not fit on the answer sheet a bunch of staff that do not have a brain or common sense to resolve a problem. Deal with them at you peril.. I shall now continue to answer their calls in a way to waste as much of their time as i can.
UPDATE: Funny how when you post a review they respond although they say they are looking into it... well had a month and nothing just empty promises and no doubt another text later and a call from their accounts tomorrow. They are a waste of space and this could have been resolved in minutes by speaking with me. What is the point of saying contact Lucy if i need further assistance...managers refuse to speak to you so do i use a crystal ball or is there another method we should use but they will not tell us what it is? I await there next demand for money.
Update Well a full 24 hours of no texts or aggressive calls from accounts but no apology either although i probably did not expect it.
