12 days late turning on my broadband. Over charged the first month. Charged twice within a 4 day period. They re a joke. Customer service is terrible as they all work from the same room so you can t hear them and they can t hear you. I ve had them one month and I ve had to contact my bank to make sure they don t take anymore payments. Best to go with a real company.
