I had been hospitalized for therapies years ago after having been operated on in another hospital, and I had found myself very well, then, kindly available but above all "human" with the sick. Today, as usual after two years, I returned for my usual checks and ..... disappointment; apart from the lady at the counter of the CUP very kind, the rest leaves much to be desired: I asked for information to a nurse in the corridor that I had to chase after and at the end, puffing like a bellows, listened to me but you can imagine the expression of the face; a brief reference to the doctors: little available to explanations, hasty and hasty, one could see very well that they had little desire and I stop here. They had not searched or found my briefcase and, to my surprise, I heard myself say that it didn't matter anyway; strange I always thought the opposite, but I'm just a poor patient. Too bad, I'll change the structure.
