The Institute is always an excellence from a clinical point of view, it should take better care of the internal control for the observance of the discipline by patients and visitors

Urology department: little assistance and patient consideration, zero professionalism, zero empathy with relatives, zero dialogue, carelessness, wrong protocols and studied very superficially. Arrogance of some doctors. Not clear.
All underestimated and lost so much time. In a young and strong man an aggressive tumor in 4 months (time they lost between the first and the second operation, although there are very clear signs of progression of carcinoma and pain) goes at the speed of light!
4 standard chemo, which turned out to be completely useless, decided by the oncologist (doctor in training) who cut short saying "They do not do so badly". Are we joking?!?
The useless chemo and the operation in second place rather than together with the first one gives me confirmation that they push the economic interests to the health of the patients.
They reduced my husband to a vegetative state, they also took away his dignity!
One sucks !!!!
Had I had information in time I would have chosen another hospital!

I go once a year because I participate, as a guinea pig, in a research. I can say that the hospital is well organized in this moment of maximum alert for Covid 19. Thanks to all the staff.

A great structure, sin there is not a private car park, everything in the parking lot only for a fee

Beware of parking. In the hospital area it is really a problem.
For the rest everything is ok.

Fortunately, everything is fine thanks to the great professionalism of doctors and staff.

It is the institute where Italian oncology was born. Professionalism and humanity on the part of all the staff.

Department of Urology: stay away !!! Not even a star deserves !!! Do not make the mistake made by my brother, and initially also by our relatives, to put your trust in a team not composed of doctors (because it is known that they swear to do everything to save the life of a person) but from butchers, also having a vulgar language, who enjoy doing one operation after another certainly for an economic speech! In this department, nurses apart, do not know what humanity is, the "doctors" do not want to be bothered with questions, although legitimate by relatives and are so arrogant as to tell us relatives that we are US to be distant from their!!! ... people squalid and without feelings ... and INCAPACI to diagnose as soon as possible a recurrence of disease (although there are clear signs !!!), which cost the life of my brother who was mocked by them and made to go to the institute 3 times a week doing every two hours of travel (a huge effort for him considering his condition) to make medications of 5 minutes deluding him to be able to do cycles of radiotherapy, because because of their he had little left to live (to be precise 1 month and 11 days !!!) ... my brother, who was only 44 years old when he was just finished, was never treated by him with a right therapy but only cut and disfigured in a cold operating room with 2 operations on 3 delayed because of the "doctors" !!! Shame on you!!!

Always better to hope not to go there, however, they are all really very kind and competent.

During a hospitalization for a very serious pathology, a cancer at the last stage, we were able to experience the total inhumanity of those doctors we met (we hope they are a minority).
Apart from all the problems caused by the bad insertion of the Port, we were prevented from having a well-founded and serious opinion by the surgeon because once he had heard from the doctor (who did not believe we had the right to hear him) he had him presented in room making him repeat exactly what she had said,
UNLESS THEN INFORM US THAT OUR TAC WAS LOST, therefore the surgeon expressed an "opinion" WITHOUT HAVING SEEN ANY EXAM.

Today we are presentate to make a private visit with the head of the team (Paid and booked for some time) we were told that the visit had been canceled, and our request for explanations turned out to be the same to cancel the visit medical oncologists, without telling anyone.

It should be emphasized that NONE of the doctors has ever displayed the instrumental reports.

This is a IGNOBILE behavior and one that brings shame on the whole category, on the people who really dedicate their lives to taking care of people.

Because of them a lot of precious time was lost that with such a pathology could give us some more possibilities of care.

The surgical visit was canceled, but after about a week I received an email from the surgeon's office with 3 (exactly 3) lines where he gave his opinion (based on tests now dated !!!) and an invoice of 100 (CENTO) euro for the "consultation".
I laugh to keep from crying!

Excellent clean and efficient hospital one of the best in Europe

I book a specialist visit in freelance that is given to me on 21.01.2020 at 16.31 (note detail 16.31), with punctuality recommendation. I arrive 15 minutes early.After an hour late on the appointment time I ask for information and I am told that the Doctor who should have visited me was late and I find out that I had two other people before me and therefore the delay was accumulating 120/150 minutes late. That being said and without prejudice to the role of doctors, I believe that doctors and organization should have greater respect for patients and organize themselves to inform them when delays I assume these proportions.

it is a place of excellence that suffers, in this historical moment, of all the flaws of health management. Staff prepared. someone not height, but this is a training problem.
