Oncology visit booked more than a year ago at 11: 00. Arrived here in advance (before 11:00) to make the acceptance. After accepting I waited my turn (I repeat at 11:00 ) to enter the clinic; I went in at 13: 10. Two hours late, they said "technical problems", but they are certainly organizational problems. Little organization for the many reservations that have been there.
