Forgive me, I was reading about you and I accidentally clicked on qualifying, I was finding out more about you because I'm a fan of yours, forgive me for real

I am so glad they are able to bring the phone back to life and restored my data. It is iPhone 7 plus. There was condensation/moisture in the camera lens. Turns out that the camera shorted out and the phone shut down. Apple suggested that I replace the whole motherboard and loose all my data. Wish iPadRehab well and continue to resurrect many more devices.

The gnarliest board repair shop in the universe. They basically perform white magic in that store and Jessa was trained by Zeus himself.

These guys did fix my iPhone 6 Plus' ridiculous touch disease (or "touch IC") and now is still jailbroken on iOS 11.3 beta 6! Everything on this phone works! So good! Thanks Jessa and crew!

I would not say anyone can become an expert in Microsoldering in one week. The workstations are not roomy enough to effectively learn. I am being generous with 4 stars.

I had planned to write a review for their amazing class which provide a deep understanding of Microsoldering and Phone repair. But I see that there are plenty of 5* reviews here for that. Instead I will review what great people Jessa and her crew are. She is a kindhearted compassionate person who genuinely cares to help. Its been over 1 year since I have attended her course and she has always been reachable with my many unsolvable phone issues & questions. In the class, she, Mark and rest of her team were always helpful and accommodating. She addressed every student's question in detail no matter how basic it was with a Smile. She REALLY cares that her students succeed and customers get those pictures and memories back.

Excellent job replacing the Mini-HDMI port on my GPD Win. The repair was completed, by the end of the 4th business day, and the board was shipped back to me the following morning via USPS priority. I received the board 2 days later, Installed it into my device, and confirmed that video output was restored. I strongly recommend iPad Rehab for these type of repairs.

First Repair: Took 5 months to deem that my 5S was not repairable.... I am sure if it was repairable though, Jessa and her team would have fixed the issue. My phone was just damaged too much.

Second Repair: An iPhone 6 that wouldn't charge. They fixed it within a week and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Sent them a water-damaged iPhone 7 in January which they acknowledged receiving on the 21st. They said "Typical turn around is currently 4-6 weeks". I haven't heard anything back since. I emailed them twice asking for status without any answer. Are they still in business ???

Perhaps google should at least vet people who don't provide proof of service to comment. I don't own an apple device and i probably never will. part of the discord chat that got @everyone spammed :(

If you ever have important data on a phone that was water damaged or that you believe was unfixable and all your files are gone, iPad Rehab is the place to go. They are hands down the best in the iPhone data recovery industry.

I thought my phone died permanently. Apple themselves wouldn t fix my phone that wouldn t turn on without wiping all my data, but IPad rehab was able to fix my phone with my data intact. Would rate them higher if I could. SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND! My boyfriend's phone was dropped at a carwash and ran over multiple times and had excessive water damage. Completely non-functional and we were heart broken because we thought we had lost pictures from trips we had taken and my college graduation. My boyfriend came across them and thought we should at least give it a shot. They could have given up on our device within the first couple of weeks and/or month it had been there, but Mark believed he could get our photos once a new method of technology was on the market. He continuously gave us updates, and worked hard on our device for around 7 months or so. Because of their determination and hard work, we were able to get all of our photos and videos back - things that were truly irreplaceable. This is definitely a business I would recommend to anyone - they surpassed my expectations completely. MARK - YOU ARE AWESOME! Thank you for all your hard work.

based on review I choose the company, but BE AWAY FROM THIS COM! I would give 0 if I can. I was told on the phone they can get the data out. Told me after diagnosis if they can do the job but I do not want to do or or if I need the phone back after getting the data out i will pay the shipping back fee. If they cannot do the job, they will shipping back for free. They will do the job within 4-6 weeks. As I need it ASAP and told them using rush to pay $100, and they confirmed will give back within 6weeeks, so use regular process. after waiting 6 weeks, called them they told still working and need few days, then called week later still saying not finished. Since then they never answering my call, I can only leaving message, and sent multiple emails and NEVER GOT RESPONSE! after 4 month, they finally answered my call and told told me to ship back if I cannot wait without giving any reason! I asked why and required to speak to the technician, the technician told me two days later they cannot do the job for my phone MODEL! so they DID NOTHING FOR 4 MONTHS! I do not think they even to check it, and need me to pay the SHIPPING and RESEMBLE fee! hijacked my phone and I can do nothing!

Love those people! Money extremely well spent! I keep coming back and it s worth every penny!

My name is Dusan Kandic and I highly recommend iPad Rehab for a mobile device repair. My iPad Pro couldn t be fixed anywhere in Florida, and Ms. Christy Dryden from iPad Rehab fixed it and shipped it back to me within few days. I am so thankful and honored to find out that iPad Rehab crew is not only highly skilled professionals, but also very caring people !

No one would touch my iPhone after it was severely water damaged. I tried Apple, I tried other big box stores, I tried local repair shops. Same answer everywhere, "it's ruined, there's no way to recover the data". But iPad Rehab came through. I have never bothered with iCloud backups, thinking I could manage pictures and data just fine myself. Unfortunately, I was wrong! I (thought) I had lost so many pictures and other data. Everything was successfully recovered and easily restored thanks to iPad Rehab. Worth every penny.

Just took their course on microsoldering, which I highly encourage every repair shop should take. It teaches you a lot about these precious devices we rely on and how to fix them, other than replacing a broken screen. It'shame I can't rate any higher than 5 stars because you guys deserve it.

My son's Iphone 7 stopped being able to do any audio functions. Phone calls, siri, voice memo, headphones, nothing. After doing some research I found this is a common problem with the Audio IC chip. After reaching out to Apple, I also found they do not take responsibility for this, but do offer a replacement at over $300. I came across an article, where iPad Rehab's name was mentioned, contacted them and filled out an easy form online, sent the phone in and after about a week (memorial day weekend didn't help timing) and $110, the phone works perfect again! And the connection is stronger than from the factory. Very thankful and highly recommended.

They are the best. My son's phone got water damaged and there was nobody who was able save valuable pictures and data in USA. His phone is Samsung. I was calling all around USA.They were able to restore 99% of i pictures and date and I am behind thankful. I was shipping my Samsung from Florida and it took few weeks. This place is excellent. I am pretty sure they can fix anything. They are fast, communicative, fairly priced and the most knowledgeable in the business. It's one of those rare businesses that seems to have a greater interest in their product/service than the profit. I think they all just love the challenge of figuring and fixing!

If you are lucky enough to have found these guys GIVE UP LOOKING because you won't find any better probably anywhere in the world. These guys have made it a personal challenge to repair the unfixable. Sometimes for no other purpose than data recovery. While some repairs are purely for data recovery, if all of your cherished items are locked on your phone and you need to get them, these are the guys who can do it (if it's possible). These people do miniature board repair of smart phones and tablets under a microscope and accomplish repairs smart device manufacturers could only dream of doing and in fact won't even try. I recently sent an iPhone 8 for data recovery to them and it was in, quoted, repaired and back to me in about three weeks which is pretty fast in my book. I know that there are times when it probably takes longer because some of these boards become that personal challenge to these people and they don't give up easily. I live about three hours away and I've been to their facility and I've seen what they can do. I cannot thank them enough.

I had over 2 years worth of pictures and videos on my phone and I thought I lost it all. My LG 3 screen went completely blue one day while using it. I went to Sprint. I was told my phone would be replaced but they were unable to recover any data. They couldn't help me. I called LG they wouldn't help me. They said Data Recovery was not their job. My phone was never set up correctly to my Gmail account so Google couldn't help me. I called phone repair places EVERYWHERE. The only place that was able to help me was Ipad Rehab. I now have 2 years back of memories with my son and other large milestones in my life that i thought where gone forever. I learned from my mistake of not backing up my phone sooner. But I am so happy I didn't learn the hard way by losing them forever.

Sorry Sunday but your techs have let you down on this one. I had very confusing and conflicting reports on the progress of my items i sent for repair (two iphones, and two ipads). At first they were fixable. Then they were not. then they were lost. Then, one of the was repairable in the end. I received no info from them on progress if i didnt call them. Towards the end of the ordeal another tech found out she could "fix" my customers Ipad Air, so i paid the 150 repair price. but when i got it back today there is no video, the home button cable is severed and the screen is just taped on. Now im not going to bother to look on the website again for disclaimers which may or may not exist about reassembling or damage caused by repair, for all i know i checked a box that said they receive my first born son because it was 5 to 6 months ago when i sent them, all my customers have gotten new devices long ago.
In recap, they seem nice and smart and have great reviews but due to their poor customer service i have in turn given the same to four of my customers because i chose Ipad rehab. Oh yeah, and im out $150 too. :(

Jessa is well known in the microsoldering community as an absolute thought leader and is championing the Right to Repair movement. She is a class act and it's therefore no surprise that her high profile attracts great reviews but also a few nasty trolls. Please ignore the latter. If you need help with your smart device or require data recovery, iPad Rehab is the best you can get in the industry.

My work had an iPad Air come in that was suffering from an issue with a charging component. After originally trying another battery to make sure, we submitted a form for a quote from iPad Rehab's website since this was a repair we could not do. Upon receiving the logic board a few weeks later, we put it back into its housing and it started charging. We decided to let it sit for a bit just to be safe. After 4 HOURS, it had only charged 13%. Thinking it was the charger, we tried a couple more but the same result. We even tried other wall outlets, just to be safe, and same results again. We submitted a form email to them around the middle of last week asking for assistance but not even a reply saying they can't help. Each of us here in the store has even tried calling during their supposed hours with no luck and even after leaving messages, we have not received a call back. Our customer is extremely upset because all of their information they require is stored on this iPad, such as photos precious to them, and it isn't working as expected. We understand that there are issues with repairs but the lack of response when we have tried to reach them for assistance has been abyssmal. We paid $150 for a repair that is barely even working properly.

Ignore the mixed reviews. Might wait a little while, but this isn't easy work. I am 10/10 satisfied with the outcome of my repair (in my case data recovery), and will use again if needed.

My wife spilled water on her macbook air after which it stopped working. I took it to Apple Genius Bar in Toronto, Canada and they told me it would be at least 600-700 CAD to fix and might possibly be more. They suggested it is a better idea to buy a new one than get it fixed. Happily I found Jessa on youtube and sent macbook for repair down to US. They got if fixed in few days and replaced the batter as well for just 400 CAD including shipping cost. Can't be happier! All my apple devices will be sent to them if i need any repairs from now on! I went for a swim with my iPhone 7 which had a cracked screen, when i got out I could see water running through the cracks. It was dead.
I tried 3 local cell phone repair companies who all charged me inspection fees and they all said nothing could be done as it was too badly damaged, one mentioned smoke coming out of the board when he tried to investigate it!

Sent my phone to iPadRehab and they recovered 100% of my lost pictures and videos! Absolutely impressed and very thankful for all the memories which were returned.

Jessa and her team are the GO TO people in the phone repair industry. Google won t allow me enough characters for how amazing they are, but I ship items from Texas to get them done correctly by IPad Rehab and couldn t recommend them more.

Why isn't there a zero star option? Poor. I paid 200. I explained that after my repair, my phone wouldn't let me send text messages, receive messages(they were deleted), receive calls, get notified of missed notifications, open photos or videos, etc.They said they are not responsible. Trash...laughable considering the cost. Please... consider someone else for your own sanity. I can't wait until my upgrade in April 2017 so I can get rid of this trash repair.

I went up to the booming town of honeoye falls to take a course on fixing iPhones and iPads from a microbiologist. It was the greatest investment into creating a repair business.

Save yourself some money and take the course if you are looking to do anything related to logic board work. Learning from someone s years of trial and error will help you get on the right path. I honestly was nervous about whether it would be helpful or not, but it surpassed my expectations.

They also have fast turnaround for repairs and data recovery.

Just got back home from taking the iPad Rehab board level repair class with Mark & Jessa. I drove 13 hours there & it was 110% worth it! I went in having zero knowledge of micro soldering. I am now coming home with a concrete foundation to begin perfecting board level repairs. Both Mark & Jessa are highly knowledgeable about the business & I definitely consider them professionals. They are also a breeze to work with. The class was fun, informative, hands-on, & not to mention stress free. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to further their electronics repair skills.

Only company I could find that offered fixing my power issue. Although skeptical at first, I figured I had nothing to lose and sent it in. The entire process was smoothe and easy. I appreciate the team at Ipad Rehab as they saved my wife's phone data after she waded into the springs in Florida with the phone in her pocket when we were on vacation. The phone fried from the minerals in the water and salt. I tried to get it to turn off, but it was too far gone. I was about to give up when a local iPhone repair company referred me to iPad Rehab. I will say, it took over 3 months to get it back, but we didn't initially pay for the rush service. The rush service it worth it! Due to the work load they have, it will take along time to get into the cue if you do not. The initial attempts from the normal service level were unsuccessful, then we escalated it to the premium services, that do cost more, but they saved the data!!! Mark was awesome, he doubled down on the phone and was able to get the photos and such off, as well as a full iTunes backup!!! One of the most advanced repair places in North America. The founder has a large following of repair enthusiasts and fans. Ourselves included. With some of the advanced repairs required today it might take a few weeks to process things in an out but they always get it fixed, or tell you in detail what's wrong with it. Highly recommend.

This is my second time dealing with Ipad Rehab and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are absolutely amazing to deal with. They repaired my Iphone 6 plus for touch disease in 2016 quickly and perfectly. When I started having problems again and told them I was sending it in for repair (months after the warranty had expired) they told me to send it in and they would take care of it under warranty.

By far the most professional repair shop in USA. They can solve almost all iphone problems. I had a big water damage on my iphone 6 and no one in Germany could bring it back to life. the data on that phone was very important to me so I decided to fly to usa and visit Jessas practical board repair school for learning micro soldering.
I learned so much in just one week. and they showed me in a cool way how to micro solder and for example how you have to work on water damaged iphones. finally my phone booted and I could save my data.
all if the worker are very friendly and the best technicians I have seen. they know what they do.
they have a little shop in honeoye falls, yes, but they are known all over the world for their awesome skills. just look at the youtube videos which are produced by jessa or mark and you know whats going on!

If you want it done right send it here! I've dealt with them on many issues and they always have a solution, if there's no solution, there's no charge for expected solution! I've even taken the board repair class from them as well and as long as I've been repairing phones 7+ years if there's something I can't do, I still trust them with full confidence in everything I send to them... no one does it better!

My IPhone screen went black one day and I took it to the Apple store and a few other places and all of them said it was beyond saving. However, I got into contact with IPad Rehab and they were very pleasant to talk to and were very helpful. I sent my phone out to get my data recovered. All of my photos were recovered and sent back to me very quickly. I would use them again if I ever had another phone, computer or ipad incident.

My phone would not hold a charge and stay on even though it said it was fully charged. I happened to be driving by Ipad Rehab and saw someone inside. It was early so I did not expect them to be open. Luckily for me they were. I went in and within a matter of minutes they had fixed my phone. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the most unprofessional and frustrating interactions I've ever had with a business. Over the course of the month that it took to complete my repair, I called several times, simply requesting an update of any sort at all. That update was finally given a month later, and I was told that my phone was likely unrepairable and that she would quote, give it "one more try". Several days later, I am contacted by another employee who suddenly informs me that my repair is complete, and to send payment. No mention of the ridiculous month long wait, and lack of communication. No apologies, just give us your money. Seek repair for your devices elsewhere, and save yourself weeks of frustration.

I had my iphone 6s water damaged from the pool and i looked up a company to recover the data from my iphone 6s. I found a CBC (canadian broadcasting channel in Canada) video on youtube concerning a person sending their iphone to IPADREHAB for data recovery. I decided to send my iphone 6s for data recovery to IPADREHAB.

I just received my phone 6s back with an itunes backup, and all may data separated into files (messages, notes, Docscan pdf files, contacts, pictures and movies). They also repaired my iphone 6s (replaced the screen and the battery).

I can not thank them enough of the professionalism, dedication, patience, and magic they perform. I recommend them for data recovery and repair on an iphone cell phone.

Absolutely fantastic! My iPhone 7 had the dreaded audio chip issue. Jessa was able to squeeze me in for an in-store repair the same day. She also took the time to explain the issue to me. iPad was dead as a door nail! No response after suddenly going black screen. No hope - "Black Screen of Death". iPad Rehab repaired for a very reasonable price and was very quick to repair and return like new. I recommend them for all Apple repairs. Thanks!

Honestly, this place deserves more than five stars, but there it is. Jessa and her team are amazing. They freely share their hard-won knowledge with anyone who seeks it out! Despite how busy they are, I've personally called (from Oregon!) and gotten an answer at what must have been dinner time for Jessa and her family! They also have a course you can take that is amazing if you are trying to learn microsoldering repair.
