I don't know how Samsung can afford such a low quality of customer service, but the behavior of Samsung Electronics Polska effectively discouraged me from buying more Samsung products, despite the good quality of the products themselves. Service and headquarters work below criticism, so buying anything is too much risk.

I bought a WW90m741 washing machine 2 years ago (washing machine for 4,000). Half a year before the end of the warranty, I reported problems with the washing machine. Ecobuble function not working, problem with spinning and loud work. Nobody bothered to make a phone call or hire a service technician. A week ago, the washing machine completely refused to obey and does not turn on at all. Unfortunately, Samsung states that the washing machine is 2 weeks after the end of the warranty and they don't care about me. You have to wait 3 weeks to arrange a paid repair !!

Finally, Samsung met the level and removed the washing machine fault. It is a pity that there were a few unnecessary scuffles and my disappointment. I'm carrying my grade then!

Failure, customer treatment during a complaint is below criticism. I recently bought a washing machine and dryer, fortunately the washing machine is ok, but the dryer was damaged from the beginning. After reporting, the service technician arrived fairly quickly, the fault was found and the equipment was replaced. Apparently everything is fine but only now the stairs have begun, MK Service is sending a letter to Samsung with information about the replacement of equipment, after a week there is agreement with the proposal to replace it with new equipment and that I should go at my expense to pick up new equipment. When I called the samsung hotline I found out that I could collect it but only when I got the original document from Mk Service. The next days pass, the letter sent by ordinary letter after receiving the letter I call to arrange an exchange, unfortunately it is not so easy, I have to send the same letter to Samsung, because they must have the original, as if the service could not send directly to Samsung. I bought the equipment on March 13, 2018, we have April 4, and I still have a damaged dryer in the laundry. I made one basic mistake, I was persuaded in a samsung hardware store, after all I could buy BOSCHA which I was focused on from the beginning and I probably wouldn't be sitting in front of the computer and not wasting valuable time on scuffling with samsung. I advise against this company, I hope that thanks to my opinion, their sales will drop and there will be much less dissatisfied customers.

Eg TV broken power supply system after 22 months - fixed. The same element fell after another 20 months. According to them, the customer receives no warranty for a completely new subassembly. You should seriously consider buying a slightly cheaper Samsung or a third-party product. Friend's TV broken after 30 months - repair not profitable. The Samsung washing machine broke after 2 months, the service ordered to pay for the replacement of the element, because there were too few clothes in the washing machine (SIC!). The washing machine of the Italian company operated for 10 years, and this Samsung stopped after 3 years. I am writing as a warning. I am now skipping the company wide!

Unfortunately, due to my obligations, I had to resign from visiting part of the ParkofPoland complex. More than a week before the planned stay, I wrote to the service via the contact form at parkofpoland.com. This is where the ordeal began. Customer service is at a terrible level, they treat a man only as a money machine, no pro-client approach. After many days, WITHOUT ANSWER to my message, I also wrote on a massager. I got a message that someone would contact me about this and this and ... NOBODY CONTACTED, I wrote again, I described the situation, to which I received a reply that disregarded my arguments. I described the situation again, this time someone asked, "Can you please provide the email address from which you wrote to us at kontakt@parkofpoland.com?" - It showed how he disregarded the customer because I indicated earlier that I used the contact form. I sent a request to contact the supervisor, I got the answer "On Monday you will receive an answer" and of course nobody wrote, I renewed the contact a day later.

To sum up, this company treats man as a machine to spend money, I left them with them without using more than half a thousand zlotys, and after being informed that I could not use it, I did not get any offer - changing the date of ticket fulfillment or a refund. BOTTOM.

There is no way to get through to customer service. The warranty service does not respond to requests.
