I had the trouble to buy 4 tickets for all zones and for the whole day to Suntago. I bought the tickets well in advance because I read the messages about the limitation of the number of people at the facility due to the earlier situation in the country. Unfortunately, due to my obligations, I had to resign from visiting part of the ParkofPoland complex. More than a week before the planned stay, I wrote to the service via the contact form at parkofpoland.com. This is where the ordeal began. Customer service is at a terrible level, they treat a man only as a money machine, no pro-client approach. After many days, WITHOUT ANSWER to my message, I also wrote on a massager. I got a message that someone would contact me about this and this and ... NOBODY CONTACTED, I wrote again, I described the situation, to which I received a reply that disregarded my arguments. I described the situation again, this time someone asked, "Can you please provide the email address from which you wrote to us at kontakt@parkofpoland.com?" - It showed how he disregarded the customer because I indicated earlier that I used the contact form. I sent a request to contact the supervisor, I got the answer "On Monday you will receive an answer" and of course nobody wrote, I renewed the contact a day later.
To sum up, this company treats man as a machine to spend money, I left them with them without using more than half a thousand zlotys, and after being informed that I could not use it, I did not get any offer - changing the date of ticket fulfillment or a refund. BOTTOM.
