based on review I choose the company, but BE AWAY FROM THIS COM! I would give 0 if I can. I was told on the phone they can get the data out. Told me after diagnosis if they can do the job but I do not want to do or or if I need the phone back after getting the data out i will pay the shipping back fee. If they cannot do the job, they will shipping back for free. They will do the job within 4-6 weeks. As I need it ASAP and told them using rush to pay $100, and they confirmed will give back within 6weeeks, so use regular process. after waiting 6 weeks, called them they told still working and need few days, then called week later still saying not finished. Since then they never answering my call, I can only leaving message, and sent multiple emails and NEVER GOT RESPONSE! after 4 month, they finally answered my call and told told me to ship back if I cannot wait without giving any reason! I asked why and required to speak to the technician, the technician told me two days later they cannot do the job for my phone MODEL! so they DID NOTHING FOR 4 MONTHS! I do not think they even to check it, and need me to pay the SHIPPING and RESEMBLE fee! hijacked my phone and I can do nothing!
