My son's Iphone 7 stopped being able to do any audio functions. Phone calls, siri, voice memo, headphones, nothing. After doing some research I found this is a common problem with the Audio IC chip. After reaching out to Apple, I also found they do not take responsibility for this, but do offer a replacement at over $300. I came across an article, where iPad Rehab's name was mentioned, contacted them and filled out an easy form online, sent the phone in and after about a week (memorial day weekend didn't help timing) and $110, the phone works perfect again! And the connection is stronger than from the factory. Very thankful and highly recommended.
