One of the most unprofessional and frustrating interactions I've ever had with a business. Over the course of the month that it took to complete my repair, I called several times, simply requesting an update of any sort at all. That update was finally given a month later, and I was told that my phone was likely unrepairable and that she would quote, give it "one more try". Several days later, I am contacted by another employee who suddenly informs me that my repair is complete, and to send payment. No mention of the ridiculous month long wait, and lack of communication. No apologies, just give us your money. Seek repair for your devices elsewhere, and save yourself weeks of frustration.
