I tried the old rice trick, no luck. Tried a local repair shop, they couldn't repair it. They recommended this place. The process was easy and had miraculous results. All of the photos, videos, everything was recovered. They saved it all on a USB drive, and returned it with the phone. An added bonus, the phone works as well. All for a fair price. I though this company is responsible for the device and the repairs but looks like no one wants to call back about my order or give me any updates, every time I call them it is either no one answers the call or if some one answers the call they will take the details and tell me that they will call me back with an update, and then I have to wait for the call and guess what? I never receive a call back from them.

I have sent my customers iphone X for data recovery , they said that the estimated turn around is 8 weeks now it has been almost a year the phone is still with them and I have no updates.

I will never recommend this place to any one and will never come back for business.

A suggestion for your business, if you can not handle the work load please do not accept the device for work and hold some one else property for years with out response and updates

I damaged a few prongs on the digitizer FPC connector and I refuse to pay for a new iPad when everything else works so well! I learned of iPad Rehab while doing some research on iFixIt's website and decided to take a chance. So glad I did! The entire process was simple and easy to follow. What I really like best is that I didn't have to send the entire iPad and the turnaround was quick! I shipped my iPad on Sep. 11th and I received it back fixed on Sep. 28th. I'd use iPad Rehab again and I'd recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks!

At the beginning of April I flipped my canoe and of course water logged my iPhone - full black screen. Tried the rice trick and *of course* it didn't work. After days of researching data recovery companies, I decided to go with iPad rehab. I was nervous at first to send my device to strangers, and the cost was daunting - however, a little over a month later, I am scrolling through the five years of photos that have been recovered and sent back to me. It was prompt, there was a solid line of communication and updates, and with further research I realized that the cost of their services are fair and on average lower than what other companies are charging for the same service. I cannot emphasis enough how grateful I am to iPad Rehab for giving me the physical memories back from multiple international trips, and moments in my life that I thought were lost forever. Thank you very very much, Jessa and team - and if you're reading this wondering if you should send your device to iPad Rehab, I cannot recommend them enough.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! They will charge you hundreds of dollars to "fix" your phone and it won't be fixed. No, they're not going to refund your money and if you want them to resolve the issue, you'll have to pay for shipping the device back to them.

And to make matters worse, their customer service is PISS POOR. I've explained to them repeatedly that they communicated that my phone was "repaired". I sold the phone to a friend and the issue resurfaced, so I had to refund the money. I wasted $258 + shipping with this company. I don't see how it's possible to half-repair or temporarily repair a device but okay.

If you have money to throw away, by all means, go for it.

Also note that their responses to the bad reviews shows exactly what type of people you're dealing with, scammers with horrible attitudes. They made it a point to insult previous customers. No coming back from that.

I am so incredibly grateful for the IPAD Rehabs team! I had a ton of pictures and videos on my iPhone 6s+ and it just went dead one day. It happened close to 2 years ago. It s what everyone has called the black screen of death . I searched online for years on how to recover photos and never found an answer. I wanted to badly recover those photos and videos (no I didn t do an iCloud backup) as I had many wonderful memories of my dad and FIL whom have sadly passed away since then. Today, I received my USB and IPAD rehab recovered all my pictures and videos! You don t know how much this means to me!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND RESPONSE! Thank you for getting my pictures back!!! A very professional tech who-I have no issues with and would do and recommend business with today-was completely stomped after almost a year. Jessa of ipadrehab was able to resolve the back light issue in less than a week! On top of that she made a video of it and was very professional and complemented the last tech s attempt! Mark and Jessa earned by respect and loyalty when they quickly diagnosed and repaired my Samgung S8+ "black screen of death"-type issue after two other shops failed to diagnose it.

Oftentimes, the BSOD can be a simple glitch fixed by a full reset. For the lucky few, a reset works. Others find that their LCD/digitizer assemblies fail and need to be replaced.

Then there's mine. The digitizer continued to work fine, but the display went dark. When hooked up to a different motherboard my display was fine. So the issue was somewhere on the mainboard.

In about 5 minutes (and this includes the time spent filming and narrating the repair live online) Mark found a short with the PMIC that controls the display. He removed and replaced that chip and demonstrated that the display works fine now. The phone is on its way back to me as I write.

The next time I have an electronics (phone/tablet/laptop) issue that I cannot resolve on my own....I'm going direct to Mark and Jessa at iPad Rehab. If they can't fix it, nobody can.

Jessa and the iPad Rehab family have the perfect mix of competence and compassion that have helped retrieve precious memories thought to be forever gone. They've brought solace to bereaved families who've lost loved ones and believed they would never hear the saved voice mail or see the last photos they had together. They have brought joy to new parents who didn't think they would ever be able to share their babies birth or first steps. I can think of no one else I would trust more with my data recovery.

Travelled all the way from little old New Zealand to attend Jessa s board repair school. Was worth every penny. I learnt so much from that course and the best part was she taught us to think and figure out how to diagnose ourselves rather than just following a step by step guide of how to solve one problem. Holy cow! I knew from reading reviews on Google and other places the service was good but this is beyond my expectations. Super super quick, they literally sent it back the morning after they received it. Absolutely will be recommending and if I have need of microsoldering I'll be using them for sure.

Jessa and Mark are masters at their trade. Make no mistake, if you've been told by Apple, your local phone store or even a friend that your iPhone or iPad will never see the light of day, or that your year long tax information, your new born baby photos and wedding photos are long gone, allow these repair Gods to prove you wrong. They are LITERALLY the best in the business unless you want to fly to Apple Headquarters in China yourself (I wish you the best of luck) and have them assemble a phone for you. They are the best iPhone and iPad repair business in all of North America. Literally. Great teachers as well if you are considering taking their course!

Green lines and pink lines appeared on my device one day, and then my iPhone died for no reason. I didn't have a backup, and Apple was useless. iPad Rehab was able to recover a full iTunes backup for me. It was not an inexpensive service, but I'm really happy to say that I'm satisfied with the results! From the date of mailing it out, it took about 3 weeks for me to receive my phone.

I had the Iphone "touch disease", I contacted them and shipped my phone out, and it was quickly returned to me in working order. I'm very happy with the service I got.

This is first company I have ever written an online review for. My iPhone 8 was severely damaged (nearly broken in two at the bottom of the phone). Many of the photos and videos were not saved. I could not believe iPad Rehab was able to restore all those memories. Nearly Miraculous! I cannot recommend them more!!!

I had the pleasure of taking the Practical Board Repair class with Jessa in 2017. That week was packed with information and techniques. I woke up in the morning excited to learn something new and tumbled into bed at night, mind spinning with diagrams, schematics, and knowledge.

I have to share how amazed I am by Mendon iPad Rehab. My toddler threw my phone in the wash and I only found it after the cycle finished. You know those cards and photos of pets that didn't make it that you see at veterinarian offices? The ones where the pet owners understand that the vet did literally everything they could, but couldn't save the pet, and they were grateful for the doctor's attempt? That's me right now, but luckily my dog is ok, but my iPhone didn't make it.

Long story short, everyone at iPad Rehab gave it their all during the month long endeavor of fixing one problem which resulted in another, more serious, problem arising. All while giving me regular updates. In the end, we had to call it.

In all honesty, I was expecting to pay for the full repair since their time isn't free, and boy did it take a lot of their time. Being charged just for the return shipping of my brand new, totally functional iPod Touch was an unexpected and very much appreciated gesture.

And based on my own research, my situation was an edge-case. I just had the bad luck of this rare problem affecting the board on my iPhone 7 Plus. So I would totally go to these guys again for any board-level issues (although I hope I won't HAVE to!).

Great service! The process was extremely fast! I was skeptical about sending my phone to a company that I can t physically see to prove it exists since I live on the other side of the country haha, but the process was very professional & the emails were short, to the point & the perfect amount of communication. I did have a concern when I retrieved my phone back: I attempted to turn it on & the screen would get stuck on the Apple logo to a black loading screen when I plugged it in. I called & left a voicemail over the wknd to assist with the problem but was able to plug my phone into my computer & it immediately jumped back to life. I looked up possible reasons online & it's common when replacing/repairing the iPhone. Not sure if that s the case but everything is working great now. I plan to come back in the future should I need help w any of my Apple products. Thanks, Alina
