Slots super tight. Service was bad when trying to get a drink while playing slots, one waitress even made a anti LGBTQ slur at me when I tried to ask for a drink (I'm trans), at that point I decided to go and spend my money at some other place. Crazy table minimum at 8am. Sat down at a few slots and they would not properly register my bet and would have to just take out my money and search for a different machine. Was sent to a different areas to get a players card and each time staff sent me to the wrong area and was never able to get one. Not the cleanest casino in the area. Maybe try a different casino in the area if you want to gamble. I heard they have a good buffet from my coworkers in pensacola but it was closed so maybe that is worth going to when it reopens so I can't really say anything aboit the food. I also heard that the spa was good and wanted to see about an appointment but after the interaction with the slur I ruled that out (was very disappointed about not being able to try that). To end on a positive not the two security persons checking ID's were super nice and friendly, really they were the only nice thing about my trip there. Maybe if they make some big changes (especially becoming more LGBTQ accepting) I will try this place again but would not go back at this time.

These guys go above and beyond their required service expectations to deliver a great, no worries experience. With five kids, you have to work hard to get this rating from me, I truly appreciate what IP does to make us feel welcome and for us to truly enjoy our stay, even the young twins!

Broke a nail and made an appointment for a $55 manicure. Arrived only to be told that no one was there that could do acrylics and I couldn't get a refund even though they couldn't deliver on their end. It was suggested that I get a pedicure since the money was already paid. The attendant actually asked me if I wanted my nails cut! For $55 I got my feet soaked for about 3 minutes, my nails clipped and painted. No leg massage, no hot towels, no rough skin removal or foot cream.

So far everything is up to my expectations!! Vallet Parking is always a +.. They brought my Luggage Up to My room; We Love our Deluxe Rooms!! The Highlights Sports Bar food was great!! We will check Out the Spa shortly!! STAFF IS VERY MUCH HELPFUL!! GREAT SERVICE

Horrible!!!!! We stayed here for a conference and were really excited. However, we had issues from the moment we checked in. There was a plumbing issue that caused our carpet to flood with water. This caused a horrible smell of mold. We had to sleep in these conditions. Then, the air stopped working. We had a miserable night s rest. Next, our television stopped working!!! No channels available! On top of that we received no accommodations. The customer service is horrible. We will not return and don t advise anyone else to. We are livid!

One of my favorite places in Biloxi...rooms are always clean, staff wonderful our waitress Madi at Highlights is amazing!!! Saw the Restless Heart concert...so much fun. Not a bad seat in the house

Nice building, covered parking, friendly staff, clean rooms. I will say though- I TRULY MISS the all-you-can-eat snow crabs at the buffet!!! That was disappointing but I suppose it's still a fair deal overall.

What a sour end to my anniversary weekend! Althou...

What a sour end to my anniversary weekend! Although my family has traveled to the IP together for years, this weekend has changed my view of the establishment forever! While my husband and I were not even on the premises of the hotel, someone charged drinks to our room in the restaurant 32 - a venue I've never even visited! I'm well aware that clerical mistakes can happen but the refusal of the front desk management to even try to verify my claims that neither I nor my husband made the charges was the worst part! To begin with the front desk asst. manager would only give me her first name and last initial, Victoria C. She assured me that she had thoroughly looked into the problem and I was responsible for the charges. She repeatedly insisted that it was my "additional guest" who showed his ID and signed for drinks to be charged to my room. Even after I informed her that my "additional guest" was my husband of eight years and that he had never been to 32--nor would he have a problem telling me if he had-- she insisted that that was the only way this could have happened. When I informed her that my husband doesn't even drink more than one drink, even on special occasions, and certainly doesn't drink Pinot Noir (which she couldn't pronounce correctly), she still insisted that she was looking at an emailed copy of the charges with his signature. I asked her to forward me a copy of the email with his signature and she would not, insisting there was nothing she could do for me. I had to speak with three different front desk employees, none of whom would even try to take my concern to security or anywhere else though someone had effectively stolen from me during my stay with them. I asked if I needed to speak with security who could, no doubt and easily, show that I left the hotel in the early afternoon and did not return until late that night, but I was told that they didn't do that because the restaurant and the hotel are separate entities. The only person who was remotely helpful was the 32 manager who called me to say she was having the charges reversed. But I still have questions: how does the bartender Gloria make charges to a room without checking ID and works on Saturday but won't be back again to be questioned until Friday? How does it take all of 30 minutes to refund the balance of my deposit on my room, but takes 3-5 business days to reverse the erroneous charges? How could someone insist that my husband showed ID and signed for a tab and then someone else excuse it as a clerical mistake? How do you not take a guest's claim of THEFT to security for investigation? But when I was insisting there was a mistake, NONE of the front desk personnel would even consider that I was telling the truth or give me their full names so that I could accurately express my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving as I had to repeatedly ask for the next person in authority. I finally got the name of Ms. Andrea Aargrove -- who wouldn't accept or return my call. Perhaps my loss was too insignificant for them. Perhaps I didn't look enough like a valued customer. Perhaps I hadn't spent enough in their stores and restaurants or just maybe one of the people I spoke with had something to do with my money going missing. I expect that if I lose money gaming, no one really cares-- that's the chance I take. But I do expect that when I give my credit card information at the front desk, that the hotel will safeguard my information and look out for my interests. That's just decent business. Nevermind that I chose to celebrate my special occasion in their establishment and spent money in their slots, these people disparaged my husband's name and mine and ran charges against my credit card without my approval! I think that employees of the hotel are either careless with guests' money or are stealing and covering for one another with charges they believe will be overlooked on weekenders' bills! Victoria C. claims the receipt was run at 8:49 pm. I was across town playing billiards with my husband at that time!

Been standing in my line for about 30 minutes finally I went up to ask could I do a to-go order I was informed that the dine-in come in first but they was backed up so I had to wait and then when I did get my food it was cooked hard

The Hotel has terrible service. Not much to do here if you have kids and want to have a good vacation. very rude security staff. They put making money over their guests. just an all round terrible hotel/ casino.

I cannot believe places like this still operate. Terrible front desk staff, slow wait staff, smoke on every floor...even the non smoking floors, pool closes at 7 and when we checked in they were not even sure about the price of the room that we secured. Would have gambled but it is just horrible in there. I am not sure why this establishment has the good reviews it has. We will NOT return and I hope others will take heed.

Did not enjoy this trip me and my family experienced many problems this trip. After spending over $300 on a machine I was unable to get drinks from the waitress and the drink I was able to get I had to flag this lady down after watching her go to the gambling tables 4 times . I decided I would leave and go to the bar my aunt came back with a drink and stated she didn't have to pay so I went just as she did and ordered then another male Sat down as well and asked for a drink he was given his drink I was asked what machine I was on and pointed it out and was told I had to play at the bar so therefore he was going to have to charge me . The same male who sat down and ordered after me became upset and put a $100 in the machine I was standing in front of and was like OK man she playing this game now give the lady a drink . I reported this to the bar supervisor who attempted to tell me about how short they where and I'm looking at her like so that means it's OK to be mistreated well dang. Then on three other incidents in route to our room we were asked for our cards but yet the people ahead of us weren't.My sister went to the gym to workout and the male ahead of her was greeted in and my sister was asked for her card and then the lady checked to see if it worked and then allowed her into the room. Bad experience not sure if they are under new management but I'm not sure if I will be taking my money back to their business to patronize it again .

Service was below average, casino isn't very modern, pits are disrespectful, their comps are some of the strictest I've ever encountered, blackjack doesn't offer surrender, worst run WSOPC poker tournament I've ever been in... I will never return
