Was compted $25.Card kept error message.Cashier reset.Had same problem.Pin key bad won't let you put correct pin.It kept $10 with no play.

I love the atmosphere! The dj at the club called Chill inside the hotel is great! He plays all the latest music.

Sinbad was so funny. Had a good time. Staff friendly.

We always loving going to the Ip the food was super fantastic in the restraunt upstairs and facility was clean waitress were plenty and prompt and gaming was great too

Great rates, comfortable and clean room and fun at the casino.

I was very disappointed in the buffet. You have to order and pay for crabs separately from the rest of the buffet, they werebarely warm and mushy not very flavorful. The dessert bar was good and the fried shrimp were excellent the rest of the food was mediocre

Great place to meet new people and have a good time. The employees are friendly and approachable. I highly recommend the High Lights Lounge and the torch bar. The photo is from the Chill on ladies night.

Great accommodations at a reasonable price. The room was clean and well maintained. I was there for a conference and the conference center facilities were top notch. The buffet was good and the casino floor was really fun. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

ALL TIME FAVORITE SLOT MACHINE! THEY HAVE THE MICHAEL JACKSON MACHINE and I've won every time I played! Great comps, if you play often, and the staff, hotel, and all around atmosphere is fabulous at the IP CASINO RESORT & SPA. I would visit the SPA if I could get a really good discount as their rates are a Tad bit out of my price range. Other than that, I love visiting and playing there!

The staff at the IP was very hospitable and courteous. The resort is visually inviting and offers gaming, food and dancing. The location is conviantly near local shopping malls. I loved every minute of my stay. It was a great adventure on my Journey; "Celebration of Life," in memory of my Mother and Brother.

There are a fair number of different venues and stores at this casino. The hotel is clean and has some great views. My largest complaint is that smoking is permitted virtually everywhere.

Upgraded review based on response from IP- even if it is imperfect at least they acknowledge and attempt to improve shortcomings.

Will not ever go back. The only good thing is the ladies they were very nice. The slots sucked and drunk people all around.

Beautiful well decorated and nice layout. Plenty of slot machines and wide variety. Buffet was wonderful I went on Saturday Brunch. Mimosas were delicious and the food wow.

We requested a non-smoking room and turns out they closed an entire floor, including the room. They gave us a smoking room instead. The arcade is nice, spent quite a bit of money trying to win the $100. The reward program is amazing. I definitely want to visit again next year.

We had a lovely view, the Staff was wonderful, and helpful. The food was delicious! Only downside was the Machines didn't seem to paying out. Can't wait to go back!

One of my favorite casinos. The room are very nice,and I like that you have to have a room key to enter the hotel.

First time in Biloxi, you can t beat the rates at the IP for the fundamental value. However we could not get a non smoking room though we had requested it. The did offer to do some ozone thing but anything short of incineration couldn t remove the latent smoke smell in our stuff. I was a 28 yr smoker and am not a smoke bigot but this was pretty bad and was the lasting theme for the visit.

Buffet was average and not a good value for the price. We only ate there once because of this fact. We did get a late night snack in the lobby and while expensive, it hit the spot. Though I certainly lost in the casino this trip, I have no complaints. As close to the Vegas experience as I have found since moving from Vegas more than a dozen years ago.

Overall we probably won t try IP again unless we could be confirmed smoke free and even then the lingering smell still in our stuff a week later may deter that decision.

Everything was so nice ,great prices, good food ...lots of gambling

Hotel and rooms are old and musty smelling. Comforter was stained and a used Q-tip fell out of a hand towel. When we asked for a new one comforter, house keeping did not offer to remake the beds. Gaming was not good here either.

Found out that the hotel had some rooms that were just renevated was available. Was told that since I had my kids with me, that we were going to be in one of the older rooms. Beware of the smokers, they can here!

One only thing I would suggest is the dessert on the buffet the slots are boring no good games and the if you ever get one drinks they are like drinking water.

Love staying here. We always get the room we request. We also tried the High Tide and the food was awesome!

Never have the room l reserve available when I get there.

Lots of games to choose from as well as restaurants and bars. They also have a spa. The hotel rooms are really nice too

Went to IP to eat at the buffet. Their web site said they were open. They were not open.

This place was dirty. There were empty and discarded cups and dirty ashtrays all over the place. The slot machines were pretty generic. Not really a good selection. My husband dubbed this the "Idiot Place". We may visit again and give it another shot but not sure. We weren't impressed

Enjoyed a very nice New Years Eve at the IP Casino Resort Spa. Received great service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Halloween party wasn't on time, drug on way to long. Has been renovated but still about the same. Bar tenders are execlent though.

Didn't visit the spa but had a good time at the casino and hotel.

Went for the acoustic Chris Daughtry concert. It was nice. The seats were comfortable. The cow was good and the sounds were very pleasurable.

The valet parking is free, but it sort of shows in their professionalism. The casino isn't the best, but it is pretty large and has very nice staff and dealers. The IP is the only casino in Biloxi with "Smalls","talls" and "all bets on the craps table.

We just stopped for lunch on our drive back to the West coast, but it looked like a place we would to stay.

Rented a room ahead of time $300 an was unable to get room or refund I lost my debit card before I got there an couldn't show the card I used for reservation an they wouldn't give me the room refund or nothing total loss on trip room everything terrible

Always a nice trip away. Even got a little lucky this time. But its always about me and wife getting away. We did the couple spa package. Omg. We love it.

IP is my Home away from Home! I Love spending time here whether it be in the Casino, the Chill Bar, the Spa or the Pool.

I'm not a gambler but my room was great and I had a blast at Chill

Very nice but I thought the rooms were very expensive. If you don't have a players card and get a big discount be prepared. I was there for a concert, not to gamble.

A REAL REVIEW.... there are so many paid reviews on here and everywhere its hard to actually see something for what it really its, PEOPLE, this walls are so thin, We could hear people walking upstairs and people talking both on the sides and from upstairs!, Some micro hotels have fridge and microwaves, a 5 star hotel and doesn't have either.. VERY unacceptable. I needed the fridge for medication and they were trying to charge me $8 more a day in top of everything else. The TV service went out most of the time we were watching it to the point we stop using it. The cleaning lady asked us if we wanted our room clean while she said "please say no" To we responded ok, no?, she clearly didn't want to do it, and proceed to ask us to sign a paper... we felt very uncomfortable. The bed was great, if we could get to sleep on time because of all the noise. The bathroom was pretty and big, love the makeup mirror. Valet parking WAS VERY SLOW, and the lines to check in were so long! Overall WE WILL NEVER will stay there again. Also there was a $100 dollar fee charged to us, that was not mention in the reservation. VERY UNHAPPY ! Food in the Italian restaurant and the buffet was great, people were smoking EVERYWHERE even in the non-smoking parts and the hotel staff did nothing about it. The parking was terrible, we had to look for parking for 10 minutes in the garage.

Not my favorite place in Biloxi parking is horrendous.
