Terrible service, terrible attitude. Messed up the proximity sensor of my phone (the part that turns the screen off when on your ear) while changing the screen, then refused to admit that it was their fault. Said it occurred before and I didn't notice it ... How would I not notice?? Also took them much longer than they had told me to fix the issue. Why would it take nearly a week to replace a screen when some places do it within the hour? Had two terrible experiences with two different devices. Terrible place.
To your response: The touchscreen was functional when I came in for the repair. I could take calls, and know that the parts were fully functional (Besides the screen of course). You cannot hide behind "There was damage upon impact blah blah blah" when it is quite obvious that your services were inadequate and YOU messed up while putting the phone back together.
