I bought a pair of brand new apple iphone 7 headph...

I bought a pair of brand new apple iphone 7 headphones at this store and they broke within 3 hours so I take them back to the store with the box and receipt and they said they can t not exchange them because of scratches on the top of they earbuds keep in mind the part the broke was the part that connected to my phone. Terrible service would never go here again
