The customer service was horrible. No people skil...

The customer service was horrible. No people skills. They were extremely rude, and I hoped to never have to deal with them again.

Unfortunately, this Intouch Wireless location is also a UPS package pickup location in my area...and from time to time I get stuck there to pick up my packages. I find them EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

I wouldn't leave them with my phone, and hate going in to pick up my UPS orders.
