We were now the second year in this hotel. The location is great, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated urgently, you have the feeling, from 2018 to 2019, everything has greatly decreased (operator change?). When we were there (first week of September) only one elevator worked and the only went up to the 1st floor, i. all guests (including older and families with baby carriages) had 1 floor up the stairs to the pool / beach. The dining room is also very old fashioned. The service staff is friendly, but the management is not customer focused. I got lost my Airpods from the room on the 3rd day (evidence of screenshot iphone search available), but I had to wait 3x at the front desk and give an extra notice on the police (you have nothing else to do on holiday) until Finally, someone from the management agreed to talk to me. Conclusion: Only annoyance and time lost, no courtesy of the hotel, although the airpods were proven to have gotten out of the room. Tip: close everything in the safe, the hotel is not to be trusted. We definitely will not be back.
